NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE/ PRODUCT! SCAM! DO NOT BUY! I would give them no stars if I could. First, they say their product is US made with patents. If that is true, then why is their return address to China? And why do the product boxes have a China address on them? If these products are from China, how do I know what it is that I am using? I paid for 100% refund within 180 days and thy told me I had to return the product to China and it might cost me more than $20 for the return and they might not even get it back. They replied that they would give me a 30% refund. I questioned them about the refund since I paid extra for 100% refund in 180 days and they countered with a 40% refund. NOT A COMPANY TO TRUST.

I ordered a bee serum from them.
It's called vintesse bee venom serum. I ordered on October 16th
I got it on the 31st of October.

I was scammed too. Bought a Palo de Rosa essential oil and was sent a counterfeit version, not the same name or branding. They also offered me a 15% discount, which I took, but after reading these reviews, wish I hadn’t!

I ordered a product and what was delivered was not the brand that I ordered (which I did for a specific reason). Instead they sent a product from some random Chinese company which did not contain the main active ingredient which drove my original purchase.

I had paid via PayPal so made a complaint and requested a refund there. They offered 30% and quoted T&Cs about you having to return the product. Frankly I can't be bothered with the faff to do that so I took the refund and will used the (inferior) product to what I had wanted. Or maybe I'll throw it out since it just annoys me that these people are allowed to "bait and switch" like this.

I wish I'd read the reviews beforehand. Lesson learned.

Avoid these scammers!

I ordered a product, payed through Paypal never received my product, acknowledgment, a tracking number, email confirmation... nothing.
I'm waiting as I will open a case through Paypal shortly.... it's on record with PayPal that they did not enter in merchant info so I'll probably get a refund through Paypal.
Absolute scam

I got burned.
The trail is vague with a scrappy pdf receipt, but I am sure I ordered a product on the basis that it was some scientist had worked hard to produce a pure ginseng oil it was on facebook and I stupidly took it at face value and paid for this overpriced product. More the fool me.
I got sent some liquid in a bottle from China with no English information or instructions. I very much do not trust this product for ANYTHING. Therefore this is absolutely no use to me. What a con.
They seem to be operating from a virtual office space in Reykyavik and running a drop-shipping operation of dubious products sent from China with deceptive advertising. Thankfully, I think Facebook has got rid of them. My bank said to give them 15 days to resolve the issue then they will claw back the money.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It's an international scam. I ordered a bottle of perfume oil instead I got some counterfeit bottle, not the same name, that warned on the packaging DO NOT PUT ON SKIN. How else does one use perfume? Then when I sent them pictures of what I did receive, they offered me a 15% discount partial refund and said I can keep the item. I said, no, I don't want this counterfeit oil, which appeared to be olive oil, no scent, no fragrace, then they offered me 40%, then 50%, when I refused they told me to return it to Malaysia, yet it was sent to me from Seattle, WA. I refused to be participant in their international scheme. I reported to PayPal and to my Bank, and now I'm warning everyone, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

I received the wrong item and had mail contact with the company.

Ordered BoatLux™ Docking Camera. Does not work, only a still image every +10s instead of a real camera what you need for docking a boat. Delivery directly from China. No answer to emails about complaint.

i fell for a Instagram ad for a gunpla scoring tool . it wasnt what was in the video . tracking said it was coming from Compton , Ca . I'm in CA . 1 month and some change later i reached out to them and they gave me a diff tracking . the item arrived shortly after . i initiated a PayPal return . they said send it back for a refund . of course the return address is in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia . SO it cost me 13 bucks to send back a 20 dollar item . i didn't care . but i explained this to paypal they do this in hopes you wont return . this company is also Resilient Media Pte. Ltd.

Do not buy from them. I ordered an item and have yet to receive it. When I reach out, they give me a ticket number and website to track my order but no tracking number. Every time I write to them I get the same generic response.
I just want my money back.

Unreputable company! Do not order from them! I am one of many who paid and never received the product I ordered, and they refused to refund or send me a replacement! Avoid these scamsters like the coronavirus!

This company is a fraud, a robbery. It is not worth even for 1 star. I purchased an item from them and have never received it. I asked them to refund my money but they didnt do that either. I wish I would have known these reviews earlier. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
