Niet thuis bij klachten

Ik heb op 22 augustus 2 skihaken besteld bij Tuinmachineconcurrent.
Deze is keurig op 24 augustus afgeleverd.
Op 28 augustus heb ik deze aan de wand bevestigd in mijn garage.
Toen ik echter 31 augustus in mijn garage kwam, had het rubber van één van de skihaken het begeven, waardoor deze niet meer functioneerde.

Vervolgens heb ik dit op 5 september per mail gemeld bij Tuinmachineconcurrent, waarop ik geen respons heb gekregen.
Na herinneringsmailtjes op 12 en 21 september heb ik nu ruim 3 weken na het eerste mailtje nog steeds geen reactie gekregen van dit bedrijf, dus heb ik besloten om mijn ervaring te delen hier op Trustpilot. Ik vind het een hele trieste gang van zaken dat ze niet eens de moeite nemen om te reageren.
Als ze dit niet op korte termijn oplossen, zou ik iedereen willen adviseren om hier nooit meer iets te bestellen.
