It never arrived!
Still waiting for an answer, continuing asking no reply.
Really a terrible experience!

It has passed two months that your company is keeping our money which is generating finantial costs , that is completely not acceptable.
If you insist, ignoring our emails will report your company.

The store is the worst store in many respects.
1. Not replying to correspondence. Completely ignoring the customer.
2. Constantly shifting the shipping date from month to month.
3. Writing good comments about yourself to pretend that the company is not a fraud
4. Money recovery only through the bank. There is no way to recover the money other than by force
5. Order placed April 16 - June 29. No information other than cancel shipping number. There are many scammed people - please read the comments from recent months

DO NOT BUY… it’s a scam.

I order my iPhone 17.03.24. Same day I did payment. Money from my credit card was charged but till todays I didn't receive my order. Four times I try to email to store but so far no answer back at all. Also phone number in not active. So last step to do is to report all this situation for police and later on to court.

A friend recommended Tuimeilibre to me last year (I never heard of it before) and he advised it’s legit. Obviously, the savings that they offer are very competitive, hard to beat… maybe even too good to be true? Anyway, I proceeded with the purchase on 20th March 2024.

Days after the purchase, I decided to follow up to try to obtain the tracking code. No response. Slight concern crept in, so I did some further digging on online reviews. After reading high volumes of negative reviews, I started to feel as though I'd been scammed... especially the fact that they don't seem to reply to any post sale emails, which really doesn’t help the matter! I decided to cancel my bank card used as a precautionary measure. After reading more reviews (which really didn't help the situation), I continued to send another 2-3 rounds of follow up emails. Yet again, no response.

On the 3rd of Apr, the status of my purchase on their site changed to 'sent’, promising! Again, I sent another follow up email to try to obtain the tracking code. Finally, I received a response from Ruben 2 days later confirming the item had in fact been sent and provided the requested tracking code.

My iPhone 13 arrived in Malta on the 5th Apr and was delivered today (within the given 10-15 day time frame). The iPhone arrived fully packaged, is brand new and is fully legitimate after checking the apple support page.

I must admit, the wait, no response to emails combined with negative reviews wasn’t a pleasant experience at all! (3 star rating to reflect) but I’m super relieved to finally have received my new purchase. Moreover, at a discounted rate.

Worst website to buy ever, bad costumer support, device was faulty, is in repairs for almost a year and the support team doesn't respond. Not worth the money, not worth your time.

Didnt receive the playstation 5 that i paid in October. Canceld for delivery by Tumeilibre 30 december with the promise of a refund € 430,85. Today 3 february i am still waiting for the refund or any sign from Tumeilibre. Very bad experience wit Tumeilibre feels like i am being scammed. First and last time i every do business with them.

You should know that this company works with your money. Once you have paid, you have not yet received your goods. They reserve the right to withhold your money for up to 15 working days before dispatching your product. So you should be aware that you will have to wait 4 weeks or longer for your product to arrive. Even an invoice is not issued beforehand. It is not a scam, but it is highly dubious.

Company is scamming with PS5 deal.
I "bought" the PS5 beginning of November, paid directly with my credit card. It was stateted that it would take 10-15 days to deliver.
At the end of that month i received an email that is was in "international shipping".

No track and trace or anything. I send an email to this company for an update, what is going on, could you please provide an track and track or something. No reply from them.

Then around end of december I received an new email that the order was cancelled and my money would be send back.

Now, end of January, my money is still not received back, there is also no playstation 5, and I also missed some black friday deals for the same price.

Order was cancelled due to long delivery time and money would be reimbursed next day. It now has been more than 3 weeks and several email requests later, but there is no respond whatsoever. Avoid this company at all costs.

SCAM!!
they take your money, claim to have shipped the goods but it's all a lie, they don't reply to your emails or take your phone calls (it's always busy). avoid them at all costs and do not buy anything from them

I have ordered a PlayStation 5 on 29 October and didn't receive it. When I asked to cancel after 2 weeks, they told me this was not possible and it would arrive by 27 November. Thus far (5 December) I have received nothing, no tracking number, and they ignore my e-mails. I have requested my Credit Card company for a chargeback.

if they have 4.4 rating in trustpilot its all fake comments made by themselves. be carefull
they called me after 15 days and say that we cannot send your 1000$ tablet and after I asked them to give my money back I was sure that they will not re pay so I went to police and finally got my money back after 1 month. all 5 star reviews are fake

Ordered a macbook, delivery is expected from 2 to 7 workdays. But it's passed more than 10 already and I even don't have tracking number.
Wrote several messages to customer service, but they didn't reply.
