A SCAM
A SCAM! Watch out and avoid at all cost. Communicating via whatsapp number and an email address. Untill I payed they replied. Once the payment is done I've received no confirmation via email or text. When I askef to inquire about the delivery they told me it will be there on a certain day. No one came and from that point they stop replying to messages or emails. Even when I asked for my money back (within the 14 days protectionof that is mandatoryin portugal) they ignored mt request.
Everything is documented and they still just don't care. 308€ worth of pellets that was never delivered. An absolute waste of money.
