Incredible service! We had a mishap in the delivery, which could not be blamed on Tubble (or me!) but Tubble took care of it swiftly and compensated me generously for my trouble. No hassle, just great service! Love the tub too!

Went for the Tubble Cuzi. The bath inflates quickly, has a high quality feel to it and is relatively rigid. Comfortable to use. Bath feels nice and wide too. The drain plug is quite hard to grasp and pull out however.

Given 4 stars as there were a lot of order and delivery issues. Everything was sorted in the end which is great but the comms were often lacking. I don’t know if the disconnect was due to me not using a third party app after the order is placed. To be clear, it’s not a Tubble app and if there is a trend for companies to request third party app downloads then I would not be a fan of this. Should be a 5 star review, but comms were disappointing.

Look forward to using the product more over time.

Tubble is a great product, far better than any hot tub, its well made and looks great. Not only that but the service from the company is just as good - the support I've recieved from Sofia and Bogdan has been first class, just like the product itself. I would highly recommend this product and couldnt live without mine!!

Unfortunately, my Cuzi broke just after the warranty period ended. How convenient.

It cannot be repaired with the repair kit because there is a leak near the hose of the jacuzzi pump. I also tried using duct tape, but that didn't work either.

So, it is not a normal leak: only when there is pressure (when the tub is filled with water), the air slowly leaks out of the tub. When there is no water in it, there is no problem.

Very disappointed. I really want to buy a new tub, but I think I am going to buy from another company, because I no longer trust the quality of Tubble.

I am exceedingly pleased and satisfied with my purchase of a Tubble Royal in burgundy color. I chose this brand because it is safe for my children and we can also enjoy it as parents. The plastic is strong and phthalate-free and BPA-free. The quality is really good. The floor is padded, so it’s comfortable, but it’s not filled with air, which makes it really solid—for example, for the bath support of my infant.

This bathtub altogether is more comfortable than a normal bathtub because it is soft and because it is not as cold or as hard as a normal bathtub. Also, we can sit with our backs resting on both sides, contrary to a normal bathtub.

I missed having a bathtub when I was ill or had sore muscles. I also really wanted to see my two young children bath and play in the water together. But thanks to my search online, I found out that it wasn’t a problem. Now we will do rituals every week enjoying the bath time. We fill it up really quickly. It’s just a little bit tricky to organize the evacuation of water, and you also have to make sure to really clean the inside before you fold it back.

Other than that, it’s really seamless and easy to use, and you can use it inside or outside. Hopefully it will last a very long time—I don’t see why not if we take care of it. I would also like to really praise the makers of this bathtub because it fills a gap for those who have none.

When I had a bathtub, I was happy to know I had it but I was never using it. And when I had no bathtub, I was really missing it. Now I’m in the in-between, and it’s just perfect.

I absolutely love your bathrobes—they’re truly wonderful! The only small downside is the sizing: the S/M feels a bit too small, while the L/XL is a little too large. It would be amazing if you could introduce a mid-range size like M/L.

Overall, your bathrobes are fantastic. I also purchased your bathtub for a period when I didn’t have one, and it was excellent as well!

Great product!! We use it 2, 3 times a week. Inflates really quickly…draining is alittle more challenging but works. Would highly recommend!!

I absolutely love my Tubble. It takes no time to set up or remove. It is comfortable and holds the heat well. And when I needed some spare parts, the company were quick and responsive and sent them out to me.

Easy to inflate or deflate, no hassle at all. Thick material, great support. Easy to store away.

Two weeks ago I ordered a pump from Tubble, but to date I have not received anything. Tubble is aware of the situation but takes no visible responsibility and only refers to the transport company. There is also no phone number available to contact them, which makes the handling of the issue even more frustrating. I expected better service and follow-up from a company like Tubble.

Really comfortable, relaxation and luxury to daily life. Have to be carefull with sharp edges to not break it though

very comfortable, fast pump, I have had a couple of issues, but the customer service was fast and responsive. I find the soft bath, especially the head rest much more cosy then a traditional hard bath.

Anyway, the most important is a hot bath for a good nights rest + sleep.
