Average product with incorrect sizing
Average product with incorrect sizing. once I assembled the chair i realised the headrest was down between my shoulder blades, i had checked thier sizing but it is misleading. I contacted them straight away to arrange a replacement that had a headrest that moved up but they would not accommodate me. I'm now left with an average chair that i can't sit in without causing back ache.
Don't order from this company.
