All for show

I wanted to love this company because their chairs look fantastic, but my experience with their warranty process has been incredibly disappointing.

I purchased a Luffy Edition chair in October 2024. Within the first 12 months, the seat base bent during normal use, leaving the chair permanently leaning to one side. I lodged a warranty claim in January 2026 and, as of June 2026, I am still waiting for a resolution.

The company initially confirmed the base would be replaced under warranty and had me pay for shipping. After following up multiple times, I was then told there would be no further stock or replacement parts available for this model. My shipping fee was refunded and I was offered a completely different seat base from another chair model instead. Despite the company still advertising and selling the chair online, they claimed replacement parts were unavailable.

When I explained that I did not want mismatched parts fitted to a themed chair and requested a replacement chair instead (offering to return the faulty chair), I was offered yet another different replacement part from another model.

The most frustrating part has been the constant back-and-forth, conflicting information, repeated delays, and generic responses. Every update seemed to be some variation of “stock ETA” without any meaningful progress. On more than one occasion I was told a replacement would be arranged, only for the situation to change again later.

Six months after lodging a warranty claim, I still do not have a working chair.

The chair itself looked great when it arrived, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, a warranty is only as good as the support behind it, and based on my experience, I would have very little confidence purchasing from this company again.

Woeful chair woeful experience

If I could do no stars I would, the chair come damaged and they refused a return as it was built, I complained and they offered $20 refund for a $600 chair! Don’t NOT buy off this company it’s clearly a poorly run outfit

I ordered their special edition Spiderman chair and all i have had is agro. the chair came with frayed stitching, i reached out to them initiallly and they agreed to send me a new base cussion, what i received was a lumba pillow. having already waited over 2 weeks for that to be delivered i requested that an entirely new chair to be sent out and collection of the old chair and they refused to do so. after much arguing back and fourth we agreed that another base cussion was to be sent out. 2 weeks down the line they have contacted me yet again and they have informed me they are now out of stock of the cussion and that i would have to wait a further month before the cussion may be back in stock. i have requested that they replace the chair again with a different chair of the same range and they have refused. all in all that would be two months minimum for a replacement and they do not care in any way shape or form.

Package arrived like it had been dragged behind the truck, not surprising the desk was damaged, Customer service was initially slow & when did respond was not given an option for replacement, palmed of with a $40 store credit/$40 cash back offer only, buyers beware!

One star is generous.

One star is generous.

Ordered three weeks ago. Nothing arrived.

All I get are AI replies about “green lights” and fixing logistics. I have had four emails saying the same thing. No delivery. No progress.

Tracking numbers do not exist. Promises of 24 hour delivery mean nothing.

They keep sending marketing emails while failing to deliver paid orders. That says it all.

I have raised a chargeback as I do not trust them.

This is a sham. Avoid.

It’s been a month since I ordered…

It’s been a month since I ordered TTRacing Airflex V2 Army Green. 2 weeks after I ordered it, they asked me if I wanted to just opt for other colour as the green was not available, so I emailed back and said I wanted the black. More than a week after, they replied telling me that my original order has no assurance of restocking and asking me to choose between blue or red. Now just waiting if they will just refund my purchase. What a painful experience dealing with these people!
