Amazing service as always, will definitely be booking a 3rd trip out to the villa.

Villa was amazing with a large pool and very well maintained, do not hesitate on your booking

Our stay at the villa was amazing, stunning clean and a beautiful place to stay, heated pool that was cleaned daily. Air con, everything you need including bbq in the garden, anything we needed the team was there to answer your questions, taxi driver on hand to take you wherever you need. We just had the absolute best time and will be returning for sure!

We have just Spent the most relaxing week at beavilla.
From before even coming Tracy was there to answer all of questions. We booked a private transfer which was a great easy vip service.
On arrival hakan meet us & explained all that was needed and out our minds at easy that we could message in a set up WhatsApp group if we needed anything.
The villa was huge! Tracy * hakan helped with all our questions.
Also on my friends anniversary they came with cake and bubbles :)
Nothing was to much trouble.
My daughter said she felt like a celebrity the way we was looked after. Also a huge hit for us was the local taxi driver that look after guess. Ahmet what a great guy . We are already taking about coming back huge thanks to all the team for your hard work

From the minute we booked a villa with Tracy and her team, they have been nothing but attentive, helpful, and extremely friendly. It’s worth paying for the transfers from the airport to the villa as it was all arranged and straight forward and something less for us to worry about after the flight.

Hakan met us at the Villa and explained what was what which was really useful.

My daughter received her GCSE results and Tracy decorated the villa with balloons and gifted my daughter with a delicious chocolate cake. Such a lovely thoughtful gesture and really made my daughters day.

The Villa was lovely and situated in an amazing area close to local supermarkets and 2 towns ie Belek and Kadriye, which costs minimal in a taxi.

Tracy even arranged and booked our activities which gave us all something extra special to remember.

We’ve enjoyed it that much we’ve already booked to return next year and we can’t wait.

Had a lovely time at the villa. The owner of the property was amazing, would text back straight away when there were any problems and would try her best to sort everything out as soon as possible. Also, the agent Hakan was just as amazing too, he would come straight away when any problems. The villa was lovely everything that was needed was there such as towels, iron & ironing board. It was also very clean and the pool had inflatables already there to use for kids & a life jacket for toddlers to wear too.

Great villa, in a great location. More importantly, Tracey and her team were there for us every step of the way, organising transfers, updating us on local events and arranging taxis etc without any fuss. Special mention must go to my mate Hakan. A lovely lad, he drove us into Antalya and gave us a personal tour, negotiated cheap drinks and stuff for the kids, took us to a wonderful waterfall, and even bought us drinks. Thanks for everything and see you again soon.

What a fantastic Villa in the Belek area! We were so lucky to have found this villa and have met Tracy and Tahir! Both were super friendly, kind and helpful. The Villa was absolutely amazing with everything that you need. Super clean and spacious and modern. Definitely recommend it and we’ll be back soon guys.

What a fantastic holiday! Tracy and her team are outstanding, the Villa is beautiful and the weather in Turkey is just the icing on the cake.
The Villa is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The kids spent hours and hours in the pool it was the perfect size.
Taxis are needed to get around but Tracy and the team are so helpful they book them as and when required.
We were given restaurant recommendations, told when market days were etc and Tracy honestly couldn’t do anymore if she tried.

Amazing place with amazing people. Who are there to help you. Made our trip fantastic. Villa was nice and spacious but you do need your own vehicle or taxi for here and there or anywhere lol.

Oh my .. where do I start from..? Right from the moment we booked and throughout the holiday right to the last hour when we set off to the airport, Tracy and her team have been nothing short of great and amazing . The villa where we stayed was beautiful, spacious and clean. It had everything one could possibly need .. the pool was clean and actually bigger from what it looked in the pictures, so my kids were in for a great surprise. Tracy suggested for us few places to visit and excursions to organise which we loved like rafting, boat trips ..and there is of course the lands of legends couple minutes away in a taxi. It was our first time in turkey and TT Property helped make it a holiday to remember. I would definitely go again and recommend it to anyone e looking for a beautiful family friendly holiday 👌

This place is beautiful. Tracy, the great woman, always wrote back on time whenever we needed information, was always advised and helped by a golden woman. We recommend this Ville in 💯% and hot Turkey, a great place to rest. The entire TT Property Turkey team did their job at 10/10. Thank you for all catering every day, always fresh and delicious food. This was our first visit to Turkey and we had a fab time! From booking with Tracey to actually getting to the villa. Throughout our stay the team were on hand anytime or day to answer our queries!

It’s been an absolute amazing holiday I’ve really enjoyed my stay here and so have my kids I would definitely be coming back here..

Well we’re do I start, Stayed in Tracy’s villas for 2 weeks, one for 1 week and another for 1 week. Both absolutely amazing villas. We was added to a watsapp group before arrival which was so helpful, Me my partner and our 3 children 7,6 & 6months. Tracy and the team couldn’t have been better, they helped organise days out, meals out, told us which days the markets was on, even down to ordering takerways on days that was to hot for the kids! Everything was there for we needed we even ordered bbq stuff that was delivered within a couple of hours! Air cons a must out there and is in every room! Our holiday was absolutely fantastic, the boys ibrahim and tahir couldn’t of asked for better they was absolutely amazing with my children grew a bond with them that I would never forget! They done there upmost to help us out and ibrahim even come to the dolphin show with us to help out and translate ect! They should be so proud of there selfs they are the most respectful boys I have ever met! My son fell seriously ill on the last two days and I don’t no what I would of done with out them all words can’t describe how much they done help us out and I will honestly never forget them will always be in the debt, all in all 5*+!!

Me and my children (15yrs 14yrs 5yrs 4yrs ages) rented this villa from Tracy for 2 weeks. We were met there at the villa by Tracy and Tahir. Amazing people. So welcoming. Always at the end of the phone (Watsapp) if I needed anything (even before the holiday started to leaving to get on the plane) beautiful villa, it’s like being at home, we had everything there. If there wasn’t something there we asked and either we were told were in the villa it would be or they would bring it(hairdryer or Europe plugs) . So spacious, clean and comfortable. Very private properties. Any services like taxi, takeaways and help we needed we send a Watsapp message and Tracy or Tahir would respond with help and support.
Tracy informed us of days markets are open, days there will be shows at Land Of Legends, (highly recommended) where to take the kids for days out, which resturant they have used before. Highly recommend messaging Tracy or Tahir if you need any questions answered, if you need advice on days out,Taxi, food, going out for day trips or anything else. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you would have at home (apart from food😄) we got taken to the supermarket as soon as we got there. So you don’t start your holiday without essentials. Tracy arranged that via the transfer. My son had an asthma problem whilst out there and Tahir was on the phone to us asking if he can help in anyway(he did bring us Calpol) helped so much. He was fine the next morning. We have been back for 4 days and already looking to book for August 🥰
