Cannot recommend TTFone based on this woeful experience.
Ordered large button mobile for elderly gentleman and paid for faster delivery. Dispatch notice received same day. Phone failed to arrive within specified time period. Many searches via Royal Mail repeated same phrase…..waiting. Waiting. Waiting. Emailed TTFone. They insisted it had been sent despite RM not receiving. Refunded the faster delivery element as obviously outside their time frame. Many many emails and phone calls later, still no phone, still no refund. TTFone had assured me they would refund. NOTHING! Cannot recommend TTFone based on this woeful experience. YOU MAY HAVE REACHED OUT, BUT I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE REFUND I HAVE REQUESTED FOR THE ITEM STILL ON ROYAL MAIL TRACKING AS “AWAITING ITEM FROM SUPPLIER”. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. SIMPLE. Update: 08.04.26. Still no refund. TTFone say no longer on their system therefore my bank are holding my refund. Absolute joke. 21.04.2026. STILL NO REFUND. Bank confirm no correspondence from TTFone regarding this transaction. I’ve no doubt when they see this updated edit, they will reply with some simpering bullshit about how sorry they are and blaming everyone but themselves. THIS COMPANY ARE ROBBERS. Plain and simple. Good luck to any one who uses them.

Since posting this TTfone have been in touch with me and returns label etc have been provided..looks like we will have a success outcome and refund.

Must be blind.
Having just received my phone back after requesting a refund and being denied as sent pictures of scratches on screen, I can see absolutely NO scratches. Maybe they got it mixed up with another phone? At least I now have a spare 'phone. Not happy. Cannot recommend. If you want, I will try and send YOU a picture of my screen, but I am not good with sending photos.

Don’t use this company
Don’t use this company. Bought a phone, after 14 months it started playing up, the battery had leaked everywhere. Emailed them, got a load of stuff about how now certain models (including this one) the warranty had been extended to 2 years. But as soon as I sent photos and it became obvious that they would have to replace it, they backtracked. Wanted to only give 12 months warranty again, asked had I registered the purchase for warranty, stopped answering emails.
I expect a phone costing £130 to last more than the time it has. It wasn’t fit for purpose and they know it.
EDIT - at no point did they suggest a 14 day anything and the substance inside the casing is corrosive and certainly not caused by water ingress. I stand by my comments.

We would like to clarify that we have not misled you. In your email, you mentioned: "The phone has failed and, even if the guarantee is only 1 year, this is not exactly satisfactory," and "The phone has worked intermittently for a few weeks now, and when I inspected it yesterday, it seems that the battery has leaked inside the case, so it is now unusable." Upon receiving this, we were concerned and requested a photo reference, despite the mobile being purchased in 2024 and outside the 1-year warranty period.
Upon reviewing the provided photos, the issue you initially reported does not match what is shown. The photos clearly indicate physical and water damage, which unfortunately is not covered under our warranty and cannot be repaired.
We shared this information with you and suggested checking the 14-day item listing as an option. You then insisted that the phone should be covered under a 2-year warranty. Our team asked if you had registered your warranty using the form provided with the box or the link. If you had, you would know that the warranty for brand-new devices is 1 year. Only this month did we begin offering a 2-year warranty on selected models. While we would have been happy to extend the warranty as a gesture of goodwill, the mobile has sustained damage beyond normal wear and tear, and we regret that we can no longer proceed with the request.
We sincerely apologise for any confusion and hope this clears things up. Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience, and we regret that we are unable to assist you further on this occasion.

The phone came very quickly but wasn’t suitable so sadly I had to return it. I received my refund within a week of it being posted back. Very impressed by the way this company dealt with the whole process.

Phone promptly delivered and received as advertised. I had a couple of questions on the battery life and they were answered satisfactory. So far no major issues with the phone , as my 89 year old mother has just started using it.
