The Flyer has it all!

I purchased the Flyer model and all I can say is WOW! Great fit and finish for a moderately priced e-bike. Plenty of power and very easy to assemble. I would recommend this bike to anyone looking for a great bike at a great price!

After four months of daily use

After four months of daily use, I can confidently say the TST R002 isn’t just an e-bike—it’s a platform. Out of the box, it’s a solid Class-2 ride with a 20 mph cap (unlockable to 32 mph), fat tires, and a moped-style frame that handles urban terrain and backroad grit with equal ease A. But the real magic happens when you start tuning it to your own specs.

I’ve modified mine to suit my needs—adjusting the throttle response, tweaking the seat setup, and optimizing the lighting for night rides. The wide saddle and dual suspension make it surprisingly comfortable, even with spinal limitations. It’s not featherweight, but it’s sturdy, and that matters when you’re navigating San Francisco’s unpredictable topography.

The 1500W peak motor delivers more than enough torque for hills and quick getaways. I typically get around 45–50 miles per charge with mixed terrain, which is plenty for errands, appointments, and spontaneous detours. The removable 48V 15Ah battery charges fast and hasn’t shown signs of degradation yet.

The integrated app controls are functional, though I’ve mostly relied on manual adjustments. Dual disc brakes and 360° LED lighting give it a safety edge, especially in foggy or low-visibility conditions. It’s built like it knows you’ll push it past the brochure.

The R002 is a great fit for riders who want a reliable, modifiable machine that doesn’t flinch at real-world use. It’s not a minimalist commuter—it’s a rugged, adaptable ride that can handle weight, weather, and wear. For me, it’s become a daily tool and a quiet companion in motion.

outstanding service,awesome bike

This company has shown outstanding customer service with quick replies and social media presence. If your wondering about the bike? Its Awesome. Its not going to go 32mph as claimed, but it will pick up and go to 28mph. The general packaging was okay. The biken is sturdy, but with a bit of creakyness from the stiff springs. Brakes work just fine, and the acceleration isnt bad, but do not plan on doing any "hill climbs". The Plus battery option says you can rider up to 100miles..but its actually more like 30. Maybe tst should include 2 plus batteries on the frame for that kind of claim.. All around great bike and great customer service for the price. Could improve on the headlight, front turn signals, more accurate distance discription.

Defective Bike, Warranty Ignored, and Bad-Faith Support!

I ordered a bike from TSTebike.com (Order #T4481) on June 30, 2025. It arrived defective — with a flat tire, a bent rear rim, and a battery that won’t charge. Issues were documented and reported within 24 hours of delivery.

TST acknowledged the problems and promised a replacement, but never followed through. Instead, they stalled, denied receiving evidence (which I had already sent via email), and refused to repair, replace, or refund the defective bike — in violation of their 1-year warranty.

After I filed a credit card dispute, they tried to pressure me into canceling it in exchange for a $10 part they had already failed to ship weeks earlier.

Their support responses consistently arrive during U.S. nighttime hours, and several emails include Simplified Chinese metadata, strongly suggesting that they operate from overseas despite advertising a California business address. This raises concerns about misrepresentation of their location and jurisdiction.

Their business, TST Group LLC, currently holds an F rating with the Better Business Bureau — which is entirely consistent with my experience.

This company acts in bad faith, evades accountability, and should not be trusted.

Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT BUY!!!!

My wife bought a e-bike. It arrived with a broken brake lever. Looks complicated to replace . All customer service wants us to fix the issue. We shouldn’t have to work on new bike then it’s endless excuses and emails wanting picture after picture. We wanted to return for exchange and they keep wasting time wanting more pics. Hopefully we can resolve it but do not recommend buying from this company

Just got the Defender and it’s a beast

Just got the Defender and it’s a beast. Took it on a few trails and sandy paths and it handled surprisingly well. The cadence sensor feels a little delayed at first compared to a torque setup, but the power kicks in strong once you get pedaling. Great for cruising and light off-roading.The fat tires really help with comfort and stability, especially on bumpy terrain. I also like the build — it feels tough, and the battery lasts me a full day of exploring. Overall, for the price and features, I’m super satisfied.

I love this bike.

I love this bike.
It rides beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with it.
I did have a slight issue with the battery port on my battery, but customer care took care of it, while keeping my needs in mind, and adjusting to suit me. Phenomenal service to go with a phenomenal product.

I paid but nothing has been delivered

I ordered a bike as a gift for my son and it still has not been delivered. The estimated delivery date has changed about 5 times. The most frustrating part is that no one from the company has reached out to explain what is happening or to try to make things right. My son was so excited until I had to keep updating him on the timing and now he has stopped asking. I paid but still don't have a bike.

TST GRP LLC (AKA TST EBIKE

TST GRP LLC (AKA TST EBIKE, TST WHEELS) has so many red flags, I'm embarrassed that I fell for their silly tricks. The web site always shows low stock with the number of remaining bikes always going down as you revisit the site. Firstly, I have learned the hard way that the in stock number means nothing and is just a physiological operation to get you to to make the decision to purchase. I visited the TST EBike site many times over a three week period and the number of bikes in stock changed only slightly the entire time. Later I find out that the bike I ordered could not be shipped because it was back ordered. Even after being told that my order couldn't ship because it is back ordered, they still have the same quantity on their web site showing so they were sill taking orders. The ONLY thing they shipped me was an optional front basket that I ordered. I called their customer service number many times but their voice mail was always full and just hung up. I sent an email to all the TST GRP LLC email addresses that I could find requesting the scam order be cancelled and a full refund. I did receive a phone call from TST GRP LLC asking me what my issue was because they showed the order as being delivered. I was speaking with someone in China that could not speak or understand English very well. I explained the situation and was told that they could not issue a refund because I received a basket. I told them that I could not use the basket because it I didn't receive a bike from TST GRP LLC. The person I was speaking with stated they never received a cancellation email. I asked that person where did they get the number they used to call me bacause it was ONLY listed in the email. I have requested a refund several times. I was told that they would issue a $100 refund if I wait until they have stock. I told them absolutely not and I wanted nothing else to do with TST EBike. I don't believe anything they say at this point and I see their website and its contents as a scam. Even the shipping time is listed as 1-3 days. I only received one small 2 pound package from them and that package took a full week to arrive. The bicycle never shipped. I hope people read this and take away just the sense that they need to be careful with TST GRP LLC (AKA TST EBIKE, TST WHEELS). DO your homework. They are not BBB accredited and have lots of BBB complaints. The address they provided me to return the basket was a home address and not even a business address. Everything about them screams be careful.

I bought the dual R002 deal

I bought the dual R002 deal. We are older and assembling took about 30 minutes for both bikes. They were just about built right out of the book. Shipping was super fast from California to Florida only took 4 days. My wife wasn’t sure about a E bike now all I hear is can we go ride them today. They operate very smooth and take off fast. I bought a car hitch carrier because I can see us taking them everywhere with us. They are built sturdy and the battery seems to go far so far. We are very happy with our purchase and glad we found TST

Get what you get.

Ordered two bikes at quite a discount. One grey and one black. Unfortunately 2 white bikes arrived. One of the bikes was heavily scratched with paint chipped during packaging or shipping and also had a production mistake with the kickstand holes/bolts. The company’s resolution to this was to send 2 free helmets. Still have the bikes. They work well, but not what I ordered. Communication with the company is good. Just expect to get whatever junk they have laying around to fulfill your order.

DO NOT BUY FROM TSTEBIKE

I placed an order 5/30 and financed through AFFIRM. Order was accepted, was told being processed, and was told a deposit of $185.94 was due up front. After giving my debit info, and the money taken from my account, they immediately send an email that THEY cancelled the order, and now I can’t get my money back. They are THIEVES AND SCAMMERS!

I'm going to talk about my purchase and my experience. I bought, invested and saved money so I could buy this bike and ride it with my son. He is a non-verbal autistic child and I don't have a car. I'm getting my driver's license now, so until then I thought about buying this bike. I saved money and bought it. I was very excited. And I assembled it by myself. It wasn't easy. It was tiring. But I managed it. I loved it, but my son doesn't seem comfortable with the seat, which is very narrow and thin. And I bought it because he's the reason. Assembling a bike is something a woman can do by herself. And I managed it. We can do it by ourselves. With willpower! I'm going to buy a more comfortable seat so my son can be comfortable, then everything will be better. Everything went well, but the assembly didn't. It arrived a little scratched, but that's the least of it. It's quick and worth it. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🌸🌺
