They need support help ASAP

I love using this product but their support totally has no idea what they are doing. 32 phone calls today trying to get help. As far as I got was when I got tired of their promotion going on and just hung up. I don't want any 100 gift. They keep tell me they were support but had no idea what they were doing except to try and sell you something you don't want. All I want is for this 5000. pump to work correctly. I must be asking to much because I still have a pump that is not working. I would NOT recommend this company for a pump or supply. They might act like they give a poop but in the long run you will be deceived by them.

Totally rubbish

Totally rubbish. Got stuck between 2 countries in Europe had to ask a 100.people for directions. My tickets on qr code could not be accessed leaving me in a fix. There is no helpline or chat. It says no user on insta chat. I want my money back

Used twice and impressed by service

Used twice and impressed by service. In the first case they were clear that my sim may not work with my Oppo phone in USA and gave me option to return/refund. I took the risk, but it worked fine, despite USA systems blocking of some phone brands. In second case, I'd bought a 5 day sim by mistake and wanted 8 days..via chat they quickly upgraded at low cost, as I had nit activated..Great service.

Poor customer service

I purchased a Tsim eSIM for Japan. The sim as such didt have any problem and worked fine. But the issue was when I ordered eSIM, they charged shipping fees. I had no option on the site to remove this and had to pay. There was nothing to be shipped as I ordered eSIM and and i received it via email. Iam constantly contacting them to reimburse my shipping fees to which there is absolute silence. Very poor customer service. Will never to business with dishonest companies.

BEWARE DONT USE THIS COMPANY

bought a sim card and this company failed to activate it on the day. stating my phone iphone16 pro was not compatable. didnt offer a solution of esim or a refund.
will not reply to emails so i am now down £35

CUSTOMER SERVICE TOTALLY NULL!

My husband and I bought 2 TSIM CARD for 30 days for coming in USA. No problem until, suddenly, one day, my Tsim stopped to work (SOS appeared on the phone). After contacting the customer service by phone, they asked for an email. I did it immediately and 3 days later no answer to my problem! I received 3 mails saying "Try on an other phone"....that we had of course tried! They ABSOLUTELY did not treat my question and I stayed for the end of the stay without phone (hard for the GPS on the car for instance). They ABSOLUTELY did not try to help us, not at all!!!! So I paid for 30 days but I did not have a card for 30 days....and they absolutely don't care!!!!!!
For my next trip in USA I will use another service, much more efficient: SIM-USA
If you want no problem, do like me!

Scammers / False advertising

This has caused financial damage because I needed a working SIM for travel today and now must pay a higher price locally. The seller misrepresented the product and it is unusable. Blatant false advertising. I have also made a report to amazon. YOU ARE BUYING A PSYSICAL SIM BUT AN ESIM!

Poor customer service help

We purchased 2 TSIMs 30 days to cover the time we are in the USA and Mexico. After receiving the activation email, we discovered that one of the TSIMs is defective (the one we had activated) and both of our phones do not recognise the TSIM. We contacted customer service. That was 3 days ago and 10 emails later. We have tried what they said, provided any information requested even though the information was in the first email provided. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. We have just received the 10th email from them “try another device”, which we had done before we contacted them in the start. One of their emails suggested we must not be in the USA yet and to wait until we get there! The TSIM was expensive and now we have purchased an eSIM while trying to sort this out. Still ongoing, l don’t hold much hope.

Tsim esim requires wifi to work

Why have this esim in Europe if you have to have wifi for it to work. If wifi is off, this esim is not useable.
UPDATE: apparently it was my fault, I didn’t have my iPhone set right. It is working fine now.

Customer service is the worst I have…

Customer service is the worst I have experienced in years. Purchased a data only SIM for my mobile hotspot. I read the full description and my device met all the requirements, but when I activated the SIM it wouldn't work. Customer service informed me it would only work in a phone, which is NOT mentioned anywhere in the description. From there they were completely unhelpful and clearly weren't even trying. I asked if I could upgrade the SIM, get a replacement that supported a hotspot, get a refund. All met with a quick 'no' and no further attempt to rectify the situation. Skip this company and find one that advertises their product correctly and will support you when things go wrong.
