still having all my emails ignored. i asked for a refund due to my item still not being delivered and i can’t get that. wouldn’t recommend this company. my emails have been polite and i’ve repeatedly asked for my money back and im still being refused this even though it’s illegal

This company has been extremely helpful. They have fast replies when it comes to my enquiries or any problems that I had. They accidentally overcharged me and fixed the problem with a refund straight away! They are extremely friendly and have amazing customer service and support. I will be constantly ordering from here, I couldn’t ask for better service!!!

I wouldn’t call it a scam as the item did come, however the quality is extremely thin, cheap and transparent which i wouldn’t recommend and you’re not allowed a refund which i don’t think is fair. I feel that you are denied a refund because they know that the quality of clothes is cheap which is unacceptable for the money that you pay. Overall i will not be buying from here again and i would 100% not recommend.

Quality of clothes is just as bad as their customer service. Thin, transparent clothing and when you complain you get the ‘hey doll’ response. Don’t call me doll, I’m not a child.
Would not recommend them to anyone. Shein, boohoo and PLT would serve you waaaay better with better quality clothing.
Tshka is a rip off and I have no idea how she has had her business running for this long. Absolute scam. Rubbish clothes too.

Hey there, let me tell you about my horrendous experience with TSHKA, the so-called "clothing brand." I recently purchased an item from them, hoping to upgrade my wardrobe, but boy, was that a mistake! I tried to exchange it for a smaller size, but their customer service left me fuming.
First of all, let me paint a picture of the staff's attitude: rude, disrespectful, and just downright unhelpful. When I explained that I needed a smaller size, they looked at me like I was speaking a different language. It's as if they had zero comprehension skills or empathy for their customers. Is it too much to ask for a little bit of courtesy?
But the worst part was their refusal to accept the exchange. Are you kidding me, TSHKA? I understand that some stores have policies, but come on! The clothing industry is all about finding the perfect fit, and if your brand can't accommodate that, then what's the point? It's not like I was asking for a refund or a bag of gold. All I wanted was a size that actually fit me!
Instead of acknowledging my concerns, they insisted that it was my fault for not checking the size chart. Excuse me, but isn't it the responsibility of the brand to ensure accurate sizing? Why should I be punished for your incompetence? I've dealt with plenty of clothing brands before, and none of them have been as unaccommodating as TSHKA.
To top it all off, their unprofessional behavior was enough to make me swear off ever shopping with them again. Customer service is supposed to be about building relationships, not tearing them down. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.
So, let this be a warning to all potential TSHKA customers out there: don't waste your time or money on this brand. Their staff lacks basic manners, their sizing is inconsistent, and their refusal to accept exchanges is simply unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and find a brand that actually cares about its customers. TSHKA, you've lost a customer for life.

ITS A SCAM! The customer service of the company is awful. If you want a refund or exchange they will not allow it. They will probably reply will some lie saying hi doll etc. the reply is rubbish with an no suitable response. DO NOT ORDER!!

Their customer service is extremely poor. I only ordered from here again as I was issued a credit note from my order which was clearly faulty or just poorly made. I am a size 8-10 and the dress that I purchased fit perfectly, around my thigh!! Not both of my thighs, ONE of them, the dress could fit a 6 year old maybe, not a grown adult. I sent photos of the item to complain and the response I recieved was, 'The item is not faulty, it simply does not fit you' The most unprofessional response I have ever recieved. To top it off, I emailed again to double check their return address for items I bought with my credit note and I didn't receive a response for A WHOLE WEEK. I sent them a DM on instagram and I was told told I was automatically muted because I was SPAMMING their inbox when I complained about my first order and in future I should only send ONE email! Spamming? I sent three emails one after the other with photos of the item and I recieved a response. But months later I am muted. Even then, I was an unhappy customer and I sent evidence and recieved a rude response. This should not warrant me being 'automatically muted' I just want my money back I do not want to deal with this company again!
EDIT: in response to their response: I'm confused...You did not 'explain' anything to me. You sent me your return and refund policy when I complained, you made no comments in regards to exchanging the item, in fact you didn't comment on the item at all which forced me to send another photo. I'm sorry but a piece of clothing that is classed as small that is big enough to fit around my thigh with zero stretch is clearly faulty. I sent you two photographical evidence to support my complaint. In addition to this, I sent a picture of myself in other clothing after you made the comment that it simply did not fit me as if I was on the larger or thicker size (which there is nothing wrong with) but, the purpose of the photo was to show you how slim I was and that your item was poorly made/faulty.

I complained about the item from my first email, what are you talking about? I didn’t want to email you to say the item is too small for me if that was the case, I would have understood why you sent me the returns policy, I complained about the fitting of the item from the jump. I sent a photo in that first email, and you said nothing about it, you sent me your returns policy, I then proceeded to question if you even read the email that I sent you because you said absolutely nothing about the photo or anything I mentioned in the email. . Please stop lying and saying you suggested I got a larger size, no you didn’t. Which email did you say this please? Please give me the time and date stamp. Please do. The fact that you are lying is actually shameful. Saying “the item is not faulty it simply does not fit you” is not suggesting that I get a larger size. That would have been the professional thing to do.

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. The item didn't arrive on time- 14 days late despite paying for next day delivery. The item was very poor quality. They actually refused a return for a refund. The customer service beggars belief- rude, aggressive and defensive. Now they are not responding. Of note, the glowing reviews of this company are mostly submitted by people with very few reviews under their belt.

Advised the store I’m too tall for their clothes so a credit note would be useless to me. No alternative offered, really unhelpful customer service.

In shock at this response, use my height as an excuse? Are you having a laugh or are you guys just brain dead with your responses??? I said you guys do not have any CLOTHES that would fit me as I only wanted to purchase CLOTHES. You have two awful bags listed on your website as I already looked prior to me contacting. This company will not go far at all, you seem to like to argue and have a hostile response with any customers that complain on these reviews, no wonder your Instagram comments are turned off!
The worst customer service I have ever experienced and now the point stands more with this abysmal reply. Good luck!

Had issues with my order and the customer service was terrible, no help whatsoever and completely disregarded my complaint and just reinforced their policies which I clearly had read before purchasing, if their own products aren’t up to par why can’t they take responsibility and try to help without being so rude and dismissive.
