WARNING: 457€ Lost – No Delivery, No Refund, Legal Action Taken
I strongly advise against shopping at TS2 SPACE. I ordered a high-value item (over 450€) months ago. Although the tracking claims it was delivered, I never received the package. I was not even at home during the alleged delivery time, and no delivery attempt was actually made to me personally.
The Problem:
The seller (Anatolii) is completely uncooperative. Despite multiple requests, they refuse to start a formal investigation with the courier, which is their legal responsibility as a merchant under EU law. They simply hide behind a digital status and ignore the customer's rights.
Current Status:
Since the seller has stopped responding and refuses to help, I have now taken the following official steps:
Police Report: A formal criminal complaint has been filed with the German police for investigation.
European Consumer Centre (ECC): A formal dispute has been opened to escalate this matter to the Polish authorities.
Payment Provider: The case is being appealed for manual review based on the official police evidence.
I have all the documentation, emails, and police records to prove this. A shop that abandons its customers when a delivery fails is not trustworthy. I will only update this review once a full refund has been issued.
