Deceptive practices/won’t refund

I was charged for the tag buddy and then 10 days later again. I was told I had signed up for a subscription to get discounts on other products they sell.

They refused to refund the subscription and now I have to dispute it with my bank.

Says ships from the USA, but not true

No issues with the product, but the website and company seems a bit fishy. The shipping page very clearly says “Ships from USA”, but on my tracking details it lists details like: loaded on international flight, international flight arrived in US, awaiting customs, cleared customs… clearly NOT shipped from the US and the long shipping times reflect that.

I was sceptical but..... It did work n it didnt hurt!

I was sceptical. I had a big tag in my shoulder, really bad place to have one. Did have local doctor freeze it off 2 year ago, but the freezing process really hurt and really badly scarred my shoulder even worse than lookin at the tag and it grew back double the size a few weeks later! i was soo annoyed. Bought tag buddy, it does look n feel cheaply made, but it was worth the try. My tag was so aggressive that the first few bands i put on it literally pinged them off! I was like wtah! But i kept re applying n the 4th one stayed on, i covered it with a bunion plaster in the day so my clothes n bags didnt disturb it as bunion plasters have the middle cut out dont they, so air could still get to it, i showered as normal with the band on. It wasnt a few days though, it took 4 wks for it to finally fall off! But true to word, it dried up n fell off n whilst has left a little mark it has gone n i see no regrowth yet so here's hopin it dnt grow back. My should skin is still scarred from the freezing process but has faded somewhat over the two years since i had the freezing process. The freezing process hurt n really badly scarred. Tag buddy did not hurt, i was mildly stinging for the first few days but thats all i felt, technically it was pain free for me. Woth trying as it eventually worked great for me. Good luck

Works, but buyer beware

I was a little skeptical at first...

I was a little skeptical at first...
So I figured what the heck? The Vora product was reasonably priced and I had tried with almost no luck in the past to remove the 5 or 6 skin tags that I had around my arm pits, my back and around my waistline with several similarly priced products. I figured let's give Vora a shot. I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much.
I am so glad I did. It's an almost effortless procedure (I did need some help placing the elastic band on the hard to reach tags) and with a little patience, I was able to remove each and every tag that was dogging me for years. The last of which fell off at the gym the other day. I can't say enough good things about Vora and the product. Save yourself the time, money and effort of going to the dermatologist. Get Vora and I truly believe you will be thrilled like I am with the results!

Disappointed Dissatisfied with this company …

I placed my order on September the 4th,2025.Today is October 2nd.2025.I never received my order each time I check the tracking number it shows it arrived at a facility on September 28,2025 and still showing no movement from that point.But yet it keeps stating my order is on it’s way.There is no customer service phone number to make my concerns known.Very disappointing.

Scam likely

I ordered 2 pairs of pants over a month ago. There is no tracking info, I have not received the items and I get no reply when I contact customer service. Terrible company, most likely a scam!

Do not buy from this garbage company! I tried to return an unopened product, and their customer service is horrible and won't send me a return label because I have to use it to 'prove it didn't work'. I just threw it out

If I could give no stars I would! They took £30 from my account in May and I still haven’t had my purchase.

I started speaking to their team to resolve and they just started leaving my messages on read.

Confidence trick

The tool didn’t work. I wanted to return it and have a refund according to the company’s policy: “100% refund, no questions asked” as mentioned on their website.
I contacted them several times and in more than 2 weeks I had no replies and no refund. Therefore they are still e-mailing me with offers while ignoring my request. When I wrote a review on their website, hoping to get their attention though, it was promptly removed.

Not shipped from US, scam shipping charges.

The company states that it ships from a US warehouse, my tracking indicates that it is not true as it’s still in route from China. I paid for “premium expedited shipping”, it’s been two weeks since I’ve ordered and it’s still not here. Their customer service completely ignores anything you say and just repeats the same garbage message.
