I purchased an item from them and it was different from what they advertised. They also kept charging a monthly fee for which I didn’t authorize so I had to cancel my card.

I ordered before it come so I ordered again. nothing came this time and they keep trying to take money out my account sad they really are a scam.

I ordered Tumeric Soap over a month ago and still have yet to receive it. Then I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one because of Fraudulent activity and it came from this Company. Stole my money!

I wish I came here before purchasing. They sent a different product and has been charging my card fraudulently. I had to cancel my old card and get a new one. They are thieves, do not buy from them and avoid the stress.

Avoid them like the plague….SCAM! Now I know better not to ever trust ads that pop up on facebook or instagram. When I received the package , I knew instantly it was fake as it smells more like air-freshener than turmeric that was advertised. I will also be commenting on the page I found them. F**king thieves they are.

They sign you up for a subscription that they refuse to let you cancel o have sent them countless emails and have got no reply

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!! The merchandise looks nothing like advertized. Also, please check your accounts. The purchase appears on your account as :Fashion Outfits.co. with a toll friend number along side. Since my initial purchase on 3/29, this company has charged 37.95 twice. STEALING!!!! The number located on my bank statement next to transactions is a 3rd party for disputes only.. foreign, rude reps. Please do not purchase from this company. I've disputed the transactions on my account and I have to get a new debit card. (which sucks) I'm so aggravated because now I'll have to wait for a new card and then transfer all new card info so that my reputable creditors can recieve payment on time.

Took forever to come nd its the Wrong soap mine was pink so disappointing not putting this on my face highly recommen not to buy from their company nd they still trying to change my card for $37 dollars this company is scamming people our there money best believe I will contact better business bureau on this small company p.s. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product I received. It bears no resemblance to the picture in the advertisement. The soap is much smaller, and instead of the expected color, it is pink and smells like citrus. I would have requested a return, but upon visiting the website, I noticed the policy stating that as a small business, they are unable to provide refunds. This has led me to believe that the company is a scam. Additionally, I found it suspicious that the shipping fee was advertised as $3.95 but I was charged $7.95.

I wish I would've came here first. I ordered from a FB ad. Was charged an extra $5 for shipping on my billing statement and they tried to charge me for $37 and I had to get my card cancelled.

Soap looked nothing like the advertisement. DO NOT BUY.

Do NOT purchase anything from this company. The Photos and Videos they Used are Fake and From an Actual Small Business Company. They Charged my Credit Card a Second time and they were reported to the Fraud Team.

Soaps took forever to arrive. They look nothing like the advertisement. They are very small and don't look anything like turmeric soap. No description nor ingredients.
There was an attempt to charge an additional £37 charge from the same company. Thankfully I was notified by my bank and i declined it.

Do not purchase anything from this company. I ordered 2 turmeric soap and they look NOTHING like what was advertised. Also the bars came in plain packaging with absolutely no information on the ingredients and formulation. The bars were small and orange and I absolutely refuse to use something like that with no information on my FACE.
Also they tried to charge me a further 37USD for being part of their VIP member. Apparently that was part of the terms and conditions fine print that i signed. So please avoid at all costs.
They have not refunded me for the bar of soaps and they keep talking about how they are a small business and that due to their sustainability efforts they packed in plain plastic packaging. Absolutely makes no sense. Complete scam.

I ordered 3 bars of tumeric soap and they looked nothing like the picture and were very small.

I ordered 2 of their turmeric soaps. Prior to completing my order they popped up an offer that I could get an additional soap for 2.95. I press the ok button. Not knowing they prepared this as a separate order #2 and charged me a whopping shipping fee of $7.95 for each order. Whats annoying is they charged me 7.95 for a 2.95 product because they considered it a second order? I never authorized a charge on my card for order #2 so how did they come up with this? Plus their checkout indicated shipping was $3.95. So how did it turned out they charged me $7.95X2 for shipping of 1 order? Then they have a whole write up about how they are a small business and do not cancel nor refund. It was never mentioned. I perceive they are very dishonest and coerce customers and take their money dishonestly. I want the order(s) canceled, my money refunded back to my card and want nothing to do with them!!!

I bought 1 with buy one get one free I should’ve not bought the first one. Then I bought an extra bag of cones supposedly at $9.99 ended up paying the full price of $19.99. The cones only last maybe 5 minutes and smell awful, not calming or relaxing. My order should have cost no more than $39.00 with taxes and shipping was more than $78.00 when I tried to cancel they told me to call back during normal business hours. Just a bad Company to do business with.

I have been using Inscents Waterfall for a year now. It sure works as advertised and is been helping me relax while doing yoga and Pilates. Or sometimes would use it after work, to calm my mind. I placed it in a spot with little to no airflow, so the smoke goes all the way down. The scent is a matter of preference, but my favorite would be the lavender.

I bought 2 of these as Christmas presents. 1 for myself and 1 for my daughter and grandson. And I wasted my money.
The incense stinks. They have no individual smells to them. They all smell the same. Like burning wood and ash that cause you to choke.
I wish I never bought them. I feel like I was scammed.

I ordered 2 waterfalls with 100 cones each 19.99 ea. and purchased the buy 2 at 19.99 ea. get one free for the cones as well. What a joke, the total was over $107. they were supposed to be delivered 12/29, then got an email that they were going to be late. I told them if they weren't delivered before 1/5 then I didn't want them and to cancel the order. They didn't cancel, they arrived on 1/8, too late for what i needed them for. They didn't have Jasmine in any of the 400 cones I received (yes they shorted me 100 cones) and that was what i really wanted to try. They gave me a $100 credit for one stop shop and on the site there was 15 items, 3 sold out and ALL of the items, the fountains, the 100 cones were $66.97. The cones burn for about 5 minutes, so don't know how this is going to do anything.This place is a huge rip off, I through all of their product in the garbage

Gotta say that I love the honest reviews on here. You can see which ones are fake because they give a 5 star review on one thing and you can see they reviewed another item (like muddy mat) and gave it a 5 star review too. So thanks to the HONEST reviewers in here because I will NOT be ordering the Waterfall or the muddy mat.
