Bait and Switch Company

I ordered Methylene Blue from this company on 01 Apr 2025. Unbeknownst to me they started charging my credit card monthly for a rewards program that I didn't sign up for. If you look online they will tell you that they started as a supplement company and then changed to a rewards company. When I ordered the Methylene Blue from them, the disclaimer about the automatic sign up for the rewards program did not pop up as it does now or was hidden in fine print. They ended up charging my credit card monthly for the remainder of 2025 and then weekly beginning in 2026 for a total of $838.84. I disputed the charges with my credit card company because I didn't order one additional product under their rewards program. Vizoya refunded 4 charges for $212.96 but still owe me $625.88 and claim they can't refund the money because my credit card company is blocking them. This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with.

Common Scammers

Purchased an item from this company in March, 2026. I never received it after numerous interactions with the company. Today, I received a cc bill for $49.99, because these people signed me up for their "Rewards Program". This company is a scam and has caused me to cancel my credit card, due to the fact that they auto-bill me for that amount every month.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Just noticed Vizoya charges for $53 suddenly showed up on my credit card statement including 2 this month alone! Had to cancel my card! They got me going back to December of 2025! I didn't sign up for any recurring payments but did purchase thier methylene blue from a link on FB. Didn't expect to be dealing with this scam on a Friday night but thankfully I spotted it. Spread the word. This company is a scamming piece of garbage. The methylene blue barely turns the water blue btw. Unlike the other brand I purchased. Garbage methylene blue. I feel like I've been had. Embarrassing

Scam

Scam, repeat charges to credit card for nothing. Call to cancel, they stop for a couple of months and start again. Had to close the cc acct to get them to stop. Never received any product. They supply no product, they just steal from you.

Less than one star!!!
This company is a SCAM!!! Don't even click on their site!!! They keep charging me monthly and I don't know how they got my card #!!! I have NEVER received ANY product!!! I don't even know what their product is!!!
Stop charging my credit card!!!!!
I don't want to have to get a new card number to make them STOP, because that messes up my legitimate monthly charges!! Just cancel and give me a refund and LEAVE ME ALONE!!! No more charges!!!!

Check your bank account

Just check my bank account. Noticing they've been pulling out money. I've caught at least five charges. Three of them was $53.24 and two of them was $49.99 I've been reading many of the reviews. Seems like a lot of people have went through this.
I also been in touch with the bank and they caught four more... wow !!

PAY ATTENETION TO YOUR CC

PAY ATTENETION TO YOUR CC. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO PURCHASE WITHOUT A 30 DAY TRIAL MEMBERSHIP. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU CALL AND CANCEL. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR CARD. I HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD TO GET THEM TO STOP. THIS COMPANY IS A LEECH THAT WILL EMPTY YOUR CC. THEY WERE CHARGING ME WEEKLY FOR THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. I WISH THERE WAS A 0 STARS TO GIVE THEM. VERY DISHONEST!!!

Avoid - scammers - fraud

Thanks for flagging that — that actually strengthens your case. Below is a revised, fully self-contained, copy-and-paste review that reflects multiple months of charges totaling ~$500, while staying accurate and dispute-safe.

You can paste this verbatim anywhere (BBB, Trustpilot, Ripoff Report, CFPB narrative box, etc.).

🔴 UPDATED LONG-FORM REVIEW (BBB / Trustpilot / Ripoff Report)

Title: Unauthorized recurring charges totaling ~$500 by Vizoya / TryVizoya — impossible to cancel

I am posting this review to warn other consumers about my experience with Vizoya, also operating as TryVizoya.

I made what I believed to be a one-time purchase from Vizoya in early 2025 and did receive the product. At no point during checkout or purchase did I see any clear disclosure that I was enrolling in a membership, subscription, or recurring billing program.

Despite this, I was later charged recurring monthly fees of approximately $53 per month without my authorization. These charges occurred over multiple months, ultimately totaling around $500.

The charges stopped for a period of time, which led me to believe the issue had been resolved. They then resumed again months later without notice or authorization, further increasing the total amount charged.

What makes this especially concerning:
• There is no functional way to log into an account
• There is no legitimate way to cancel any membership or subscription
• Customer service is ineffective or unresponsive
• Charges appear to stop and restart arbitrarily

I never knowingly agreed to any recurring subscription, and the lack of clear disclosure combined with the inability to cancel strongly suggests deceptive and unauthorized billing practices.

After researching further, I discovered numerous consumer complaints describing the exact same experience with Vizoya/TryVizoya, including unauthorized recurring charges and the inability to cancel or access an account.

I am disputing these charges with my credit card issuer. I strongly recommend that consumers avoid doing business with Vizoya / TryVizoya and carefully review their credit card statements if they have ever made a purchase from this company.

This appears to be a pattern of behavior, not an isolated incident.

⚠️ UPDATED SHORT-FORM WARNING (Reddit / Facebook / X)

⚠️ Consumer warning about Vizoya / TryVizoya: Made a one-time purchase in early 2025. No disclosure of any subscription. Later charged ~$53/month over multiple months totaling about $500. Charges stopped, then restarted again without notice. No working account login. No way to cancel. Many similar complaints online. Dispute in progress — avoid.

🧾 UPDATED REGULATOR / FORMAL COMPLAINT VERSION (CFPB / FTC)

I made a one-time purchase from Vizoya (also operating as TryVizoya) in early 2025 and received the product. There was no clear disclosure that the purchase included enrollment in any membership or subscription.

Despite this, my credit card was charged recurring monthly fees of approximately $53 over multiple months, totaling around $500, without my informed consent. The charges stopped temporarily and later resumed again without notice.

Vizoya/TryVizoya provides no functional account access and no clear method to cancel, and customer service has been ineffective. Based on my experience and numerous similar consumer complaints, this appears to be a pattern of unauthorized recurring billing and obstructed cancellation.

I am disputing the charges with my credit card issuer and submitting this complaint to document potentially deceptive billing practices.

💡 Why This Version Is Even Stronger
• Shows financial impact (~$500)
• Establishes ongoing harm over time
• Matches unauthorized recurring transaction criteria used by banks
• Aligns with regulatory language
• Still aggressive without risking takedown or legal exposure

Optional (but very helpful)

If you want, next I can:
• Convert this into a 1-paragraph “bank summary” that chargeback teams love
• Help you list the exact months and amounts in a clean table
• Draft a final demand / cease-and-desist style email to Vizoya (often helps recovery)

Just tell me what you want to do next.

Fraudulent charges

I ordered one bottle of Methylene Blue last April and 6 bottles in June. I just realized they have been charging my credit card two times a month for a membership I never agreed to. And why would anyone agree to that?!? Its not like a subscription that gives you a product. I have been charged over $1200 from this fraudulent company. Of course they sent me a ton of emails regarding my two orders and one congratulating me for earning VIP membership. (Turns out I didnt "earn" it... I paid a lot for it!) But they didn't send me emails twice a month notifying me they were billing me (of course) They know what they are doing and its not right! PS I realize I should pay more attention to my credit card statements *facepalm)

FRAUD

I cannot express how big a FRAUD this company is with their company. Just got another charge on cc after I refunded and told them I wanted nothing to do with the company. I called my cc company and disputed charge and told them I don't want anything from this company.

Vizoya sells methylene blue drops…FRAUD!

Vizoya sells methylene blue drops online. After I bought two bottles for $39, they secretly signed me up for a “membership plan” and started charging me $51 a month. By the time I realized, they had taken over $300 from my credit card. I reported the fraud to my bank, Chase, which is now working to get the charges refunded. Avoid buying from Vizoya, or you might get scammed too.

STAY AWAY! Unethical practices, charging CC for stuff not ordered.

Company is a scam. When you place an order, they automatically sign you up for a monthly membership and bill for stuff you didn’t order. It took me several emails to get that stopped and refunded. At that time, they said they had cancelled the membership but then a few months later, 2 additional charges showed up that I had to dispute through my CC. STAY AWAY!!

recurring payment

I purchased face tape earlier this month and now a second charge of $49.99, 3 weeks later on my card from Vizoya. My bank flagged it and sent me an alert.

I had to dispute the charge and now I have to get a new debit card. How annoying are you? crooks!

p.s. the face tape is ridiculous, it has little blue arrows on it, hardly invisible as advertised. I want my money back!
