I tried to return Tryannies shampoo (due to allergy action) The send me a return address I took it to UPS. They couldn't find the adress in th USA. They think it was going to China. It would cost me $125.00 to return it. I have tried to ontact then several times. when I email with questions they only response is the address they all really sent me. I WOuLD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!
This is a fake company or really poor customer service. I tried to go to the site and got an error page instead. This was after I ordered the Rosemary Shampoo. I tried the tracking link that came with my order and ended up on the error page instead. Finally got a response on tracking my order. When I got my so called order it wasn't even what I ordered. I got to small jars of facial cream. I then reached out again this time with no response.
I placed an order on January 25 for $85 for merchandise and I never received it. Beware of this company. It is a scam.
