DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered x2 hoodies in October - one arrived in Mid December. The other one has never arrived. I emailed ++ - responses varied from denial to “your other top is in the Mail” - and now NOTHING! Anyone know? How can I claim refund?

Absolutely AWFUL

Absolutely AWFUL! SCAMMERS! I ordered at the beginning on November and had to ask where my items were and they hadn’t even posted them the week up to Christmas. They did not arrive until the new year and they were NOT what I ordered...They wouldn’t even fit a child! The lady that I had been emailing told me that I’d get a 50% refund, which I argued but then agreed to as they were so bad at communication and I wanted it over with. After I had agreed to 50% the lady then said her manager said I can get a 15% refund which I obviously complained about...I never ever received a refund and the lady under the name Julie stopped replying to my emails. The bad thing is that they were sponsored on Instagram and that’s how I found them...so I thought they were legit. I emailed for a further two weeks asking for my money back and I have had no response since. I wrote a bad review which never got posted on their website! Sad thing is that they will be scamming people under another name soon!

WASTE OF MONEY

WASTE OF MONEY. DISGUSTING SCAMMERS
Ordered 27th November, they shipped 22 Dec and I received it 24th December.
Much shorter than advertised and not the same pink.
I have chased and chased for the Return number as stated in their refund policy. They simply ignore the messages. MY RATING IS- 0 STARS (not even 1)

I placed an order and on their facebook…

I placed an order and on their facebook page it says if you use the code off "Freebag10" on ypur order you get an extra bag of sweets an 10% extra and witch i did only to find out it was only a tiny small bag ,bit of poor advitising that to me .

To me extra free bag would off been of the same order i place not a tiny bag off 100grams

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

If I could leave a zero I would! AVOID THIS COMPANY! I ordered and paid for 2 hoodies on November 25th. Today is January 24th and still not received them. Vauge responses via email which have now stopped all together. Absolute charlatans.

Sweety, Absolute disgrace of a company

Absolute disgrace of a company, I ordered 2 hoody’s on the 7th of November 2020 as Christmas presents, it is now the 22nd of January 2021 and despite many promises the items haven’t arrived, I was given a tracking number that didn’t exist and was then informed the items were being returned to the supplier, the company is now not answering my emails!
Avoid this company like the plague, they are nothing but scammers!

Absolute shambles- joke of a company

Absolute shambles, ordered first week of December told 21 days. Chased it up over the last few weeks no reply just a tracking number, checked the tracking and it says being returned to supplier ??? But from seeing other reviews it’s inevitable this is a scam a waste of time and money. Website since deactivated emails cannot be sent through.

DO NOT ORDER

Ordered beginning of the year, not received , website now down. Tried to send multiple emails to the customer support and now the email doesn’t exist so no way to contact at all! So looks like yet another 40 pound they will have from me and god knows how much else from other people!!

Awful unethical company I ordered two…

Awful unethical company I ordered two as Christmas presents in November they eventually arrived in January. When asked for a refund they told me the items are in liquidation so I can’t get a refund. However their website is still running, I feel like going legal with this I’m fuming

AVOID

AVOID - no refund/no exchange.... they just keep your money, Sizes are so small that they are unwearable on a teenager size 8. The email is now not being delivered so probably gone bust....

Order came late, item is cheap and bad quality, child-like size was supposed to be an adult size but it’s tiny. Not as advertised at all, have been emailing for a refund since 30th Dec and still haven’t heard back. The first time I asked for a refund they responded by telling me when it was delivered which obviously they either purposely ignored what I said or didn’t even read it at all. Total scam. Avoid at all costs. Has anyone actually been able to get any customer service from them at all???

They gave all sorts of excuses, in liquidation so can't refund, we'll send another, offered 15% refund, then 50% off future orders! Like I'm going to order anything else from them. Like others have said, I too have been blocked on their email so they won't reply any more. Item was cheap, faulty and certainly not as described as an oversized hoodie. Don't go near this company

Please DO NOT buy from this company

Please DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered 2 hoodies on the 16th November. I still haven’t received my order which was for Christmas. I’ve email for a refund and had NO reply. Not sure where to go from here. They have taken my money but I have nothing to show for it.

Please do not buy from this company. Ordered a baby pink oversized hoodie for my girlfriend on 27th November. Told delivery would be 14-21 days. After 21 days I asked them where my delivery was as it was a Christmas present. They replied saying there’s been a delay, I miraculously got an email the next day saying my product was shipped. I didn’t get it for Christmas. It arrived on the 29th December. It was a totally different colour, it wasn’t oversized and it was so cheap looking. I emailed them asking for a new product or refund. They said they’d give me 50% off a new order if I wanted to try to get the right product. They then blocked my email address so I couldn’t communicate with them. Horrible experience from the day I paid and now I’m out of pocket :(

This is the WORST company I’ve ever…

This is the WORST company I’ve ever used - I just wish I’d looked at trust pilot first but instead I just trusted it as it was advertised on Instagram stories. These were ordered on the 5th November 2020 and arrived today 11th January 2021. They were £39.90 each, I ordered a navy and a pink. I’ve received a 2 hoodies from a brand called ‘huggia’ instead of Sweety 🤣🤣 that are not oversized in the slightest and look nothing like what I ordered - they also retail at £10. I wish so bad I could show you all a photo. I ordered a lovely baby pink super soft and super oversized hoodie and I’ve received a bog standard bright fuchsia pink hoodie.

Please do not use

Frustratingly I cannot rate this company below 1* I ordered from Sweety on the 7th November and have still not received anything, furthermore my emails requesting updates where only answered with it'll be delivered. Their inability to put the customer first by looking into an enquiry is truly quite remarkable. I've asked for a refund yet they have similarly ignored this. Please do not use this company who are simply not professional at all.

If I could rate this company less than 1 I would!!

Do no order from this abysmal company. Products varied in size and are not one size fits all as stated. Delivery time was over a month and when asked how long they could not tell me, even though the shipment is used by a “tracked shipment company”. Customer service do not reply to you once the product has been delivered. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

DO NOT buy anything from these…

DO NOT buy anything from these fraudsters... Poor quality, bad sizing and when I asked to return the item and get a refund I was told this wouldn't be possible. Absolute shambles and they should not be allowed to continue trading.
