The toothbrush is a beautiful design and easy to use. It arrived promptly and was easy to set up.

I love these toothbrushes. The only thing I wish was improved is the position and sensitivity of the power button. It is too easy to mistakenly turn off the brush prior to the cycle finish.

Suri toothbrushes are brilliant. I've been using mine for ages. My dental hygienist says my gum health is excellent ever since I swapped from my previous electric toothbrush. The brush head subscription is great and Suri's customer service is excellent.

We bought a Suri kit after our Philips brush failed. We liked it and bought a second one. We’ve had them maybe 18 months or more now and still going strong.
They come with accessories, a sleek box you put the brush in while travelling and you can charge it in the box with a USB-C. There’s a magnetic mount which you stick to the wall and the brush handle magnetically attaches to this, which I really like. Mine fell off the wall though, so I called Suri and they sent me a new one, plus a couple of sticky pads in case it happened again.
Recently, my toothbrush wasn’t oscillating properly and the switch seemed to be seizing up. I called them again, and they sent me a new kit!
So, I like the product and the customer service has been as good as I could hope for.

Ive had the brush about one month now and can safely say it knocks spots of my previous 2 Philips sonicare toothbrushs, the heads small enough to get behind my wisdom tooth and the whole brush itself is compact, battery life seems good so far, haven't had to charge yet, my teeth feel alot cleaner with this than with my philips, sounds odd but it just cleans better leaving a smoother feel, I just hope it lasts longer than 2 years to make it 100% worth the money

TOOTHBRUSH HEADS NEVER DELIVERED EVEN THOUGH WEBSITE SAID THEY WERE. NO RESPONSE ON INTIAL COMPLAINT. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD DELIVERY SERVICE.

Design is amazing, light and sleek. It did take a few days to get used to it as feels quite different to other electric toothbrushes.

It would be great with an option for a smaller round toothbrush head as it does hurt if you catch your other teeth with the back of it.
