Love it!

Love it!! No mess, no weird smell, just drop it in my water every morning and go. My skin has this warmth to it now that I haven't had since last summer

Subscription cancelled and they still took money 2 months later!

The products themselves are ok - I'm fairly pale and I have a nice soft tanning of my skin - where the sun gets to it daily, however it is summer in Australia so that could have a lot to do with it since other areas that are not in the sun seem to be still quite pale.

My biggest problem is their subscription service. I followed THEIR processes and received a confirmation of my subscription cancellation - only to have money taken from my account 2 months later. Their 'typical Sorelle apology' when I brought this to their attention was copy & paste and they take no responsibility when costing you additional late fees due to their error. Yes, the money was returned after a few days.

Overall, a whole lot of disappointment from them on their customer care side of things. I will be taking this up with either the Ombudsman or the ACCC - I believe taking money from an account after confirmation of cancellation of a subscription is classed as theft. But they did 'thank' me for my feedback **eyeroll**

In my experience

In my experience, I've used many skincare products for a long time, but none worked as well as Sorelle. I had acne as a teenager and was left with post-acne marks and redness. Around week three, I started noticing my skin was softer and more hydrated, and it regained its radiance. It's an easy routine that I've stuck with, and it has environmentally friendly ingredients.

So, I suppose I asked for it by purchasing from a small website without checking reviews first. Everyone else is saying that the tanning drops don't work. I asked Customer Support to cancel my automatically-enrolled-in autoship upon purchase, and they sent me a link to my account (I never made one, or gave them my address, or gave them any payment details. How in the Halibut did they get my card info if I don't have my it all saved on the device like that? My bank automatically flagged it). The account had an option to set how often the autoship reoccurs, skip the next date, pause shipments (for up to 3 skips of your set time preference), and of course edit products. No cancellation button.

How'd I fix this? I set my recurring date to be every 12 months, and then skipped the next autoship date until eventually... after many a click... the next date is set for 100 years from now. Good enough. It seemed like a nice company and all, but there were too many scammy vibes about it. Plus, my original buy-1-get-1 rate had 3 bottles for $66. The autoship after that was $99 for 3 bottles, alongside 3 "free" bottles of lotion as a "gift." Yeah. No. Even if everything else had gone smoothly, sneaking in a way for me to pay for the thing they're supposedly giving as a bonus is criminal. P.s., there's no way to track your item unless you download their special third-party mail app. I have no idea if I'm even going to receive a package. Wish me luck.

They are really nice people. They take the time and talk to you through everything. I would really recommend them.

Fraudulent Company - Buyer Beware! You’ll Be Unknowingly Subscribed And Robbed Blind! Product is CRAP!

Fraudulent company, you are subscribed unknowingly with ridiculous amounts of money being debited per month. Subscription cancellation is impossible, finally I had to notify the credit company and report Sorelle as a scam. Please, do not purchase from this company. Additionally, the drops are a huge load of bullshit and don’t work at all! Reviews are written on their website are entirely false too.

This company is horrible

This company is horrible. Like every one else, I never signed up for the subscription. I contacted them and asked them to cancel the subscription and they said they did. I have been dealing with them since September to get a refund and to stop the products from coming. The stuff doesn’t even work either.

I had the same……what you can do to stop subscriptions

I had the same, in the uk you should be able to restrict any company from continuing to take your money……..you can block anyone independently. So many company’s put you on subscriptions without consent. Call your bank and they should explain how to do…..it’s simple and quick and you can keep and eye on any others yourself. Try putting subscriptions into search it should come up. The banks are used to this now. Some can get you a refund if you speak to the fraud department. Don’t feel intimidated it’s a huge problem. They are actually sympathetic to the issue. Also if you see something, check out alternatives to check the safety, origin etc…..if you know the correct one you want is made in a specific country and see if it correlates…….

Do not buy from this company - they are only interested in gain and product tan drops could be dangerous!

I have been receiving emails everyday for months and finally decided to order the tanning drops as there was an offer on. I then received another email approx a month later to inform me an order had been processed for the same amount of product on my first order but for a much larger price.
I contacted them immediately to ask for cancellation of the order as due to illness I had been unable to take them and now they were sending the same amount at a price I could not afford. There was no consideration of my issue and dilemma. They explained that the subscription was made when I ordered the drops and they could not cancel my order and there was no mention of refund. They only care about making money not caring about people. Check out all the negative info on them before doing anything else.

Scam

I unsubscribed immediately after receiving the first order, and they confirmed it had been cancelled. However, money continued to be taken from my bank account, so I contacted them again. They then tried to blame me, before finally saying they had cancelled the subscription. Not cool. It honestly feels like they’re taking money from people unfairly.
PS: The product didn’t work for me.
