Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 133 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers received products that were not as advertised, describing them as cheap, nasty, and of poor quality, often lacking advertised features like weights or heating pouches. Reviewers frequently reported issues with unexpected charges, including charges for subscriptions or additional items that customers did not anticipate, leading some to take action regarding their bank accounts or dispute charges. The pricing was also a point of contention, with people being overcharged for products and shipping, and finding the overall value for money to be very low. Additionally, many customers experienced problems with their orders, such as items not arriving, significant delays, or receiving incorrect products that did not match the online descriptions.

I haven't received the cows yet, but after the reviews, they're probably going to be dog toys, instead of grandchildren's toys. A month after I ordered, I received a $ 40 charge that I am trying to g... See more

WEBSITE IS TRASH

The product was listed as being $9.99 but I was charged $14 dollars for shipping...Got the "weighted" cow today and it's complete false advertising. It's very small and not weighted at all. Do not waste your money on this site. Its a scam!

This is a scam

This is a scam! Do not order anything from this website or designerseas.com the product sent does not match the quality advertised and is missing parts. They over charged my card and have done further unauthorised charges on my card. You cannot get hold of anyone and the phone number and address listed are fake.

scam

Product (weighted cow) not at all as advertised. And now have billed me again even though there is no mention of another charge or subscription on my account. They are not replying to emails to their support email address.

Do NOT buy from this site! SCAM

I would do less than zero if I could. Took forever for order, then overcharged for shipping, THEN item I got didn’t even look like picture online and was not weighted as stated. Customer service is nonexistent as tried multiple
Times to get a hold of someone for overcharged. Overall a SCAM!

Fraud company operating out of 3 states

This company is totally fraud so the site says rosa.com. They bill as DressBear. Both sites look very legitimate. They are not. I called both numbers. The one I finally reached someone on was the 888 number which came with the second fraudulent charge and the person was extremely rude to me and hung up so I called back then they answered again and they asked how much was a charge when was I charged and then they said the charges would be returned and that company would be blocked which is kind of retarded given the fact that they have a company that build me they are the ones I called. They are out of South Carolina, Texas, and California, and that will be calling each attorney general in each one of those states to report the names of these businesses and what they are doing because this kind of crap cannot continue to go on during the holiday season, especially during the time when we have such a corrupt president running the country we don’t need more corruption in our lives.

Shady Company

Haven’t received my item yet but tried to cancel 10 mins after placing the order because they charged me double the shipping rate I opted for. And I picked the fast ship option that would arrive before Christmas but confirmation email says delivery 7-21 days. Definitely a shady company in my opinion!

Untrustworthy Company

I would give less than 1 star if I could. This company is bogus!!! The charge that was presented when I hit “Order” was $10 less than what I was actually charged. Also, 3 fraudulent charges showed up on my card from this company. When the supposed Weighted Cow Plush came, it was a piece of CRAP! It was not weighted and was cheap material. A real piece of junk! Do not trust them!

Will charge you recurring $30 each month

I wanted to buy the $9.99 cow for my daughter for Christmas. Deal seemed too good to be true, but Discover kept declining my payment - which was weird. Then I read into the Terms & Conditions and they will charge you $30 each month as part of their Rosa perks or something until you cancel. This is something that I wouldn't have expected and would've likely had a problem getting refunded. So the cow would've turned out to be $40 before I could cancel the recurring charge. Unbelievable. What a scam - you can't even leave a review on the Tiktok page to tell others to beware.

BUYER BEWARE... I would rate this company a negative if I could. Once you ordered you are AUTOMATICALLY SETUP A MEMBERSHIP. READ SMALL PRINT. They charge membership fee about two weeks after your order. Didn't come up Tryrosa. Bank states TapeChic.. What a fraud. Their policy to return emails is 72 hours. Well it's been more than 72 hours for two emails and nothing. No idea where my order is either. Ordered last month. DO NOT ORDER.........

Tried 2 of my credit cards which had enough for the 20 dollar purchase and said insufficient funds. I am not going to enter my bank card I am not that dumb. Since my cards only have less than 100 available it didn't accept them. So Yes I do believe this is fraud and needs to be reported.

Viral weighted cow plush for $9.95 is a SCAM! I entered my cc number and decided something didn't feel right. I googled this fraudulent business and saw that it was a scam. I backed out of website without confirming payment and went to my cc app to lock my card. They already got me for $34.63 charged from youngmistress.com. I disputed the charges and I am really sad that I won't be getting that adorable fuzzy weighted cow. It is sad because these people will keep doing it and keep getting away with it. They steal other influencer videos and throw up a pop up site. They will just move on with another name in a few days. If there is anything you can do, write to the Better Business Bureau and file a report. Bbb.org.

Horrible...

Horrible site. Bought a plush animal they said to be awesome on black Friday deal. 10 bucks instead of 30. So I bought one to try. Charged me 34.96. They then said 70% off for second buy (bundle). Also a scam. They charged 27.84 for the supposedly second one 70% off. I had to block my card for the payment not to pass through. They also have no option to see what you bought, when and no option to cancel. They clearly shouldn't be allowed to sell anything.
