Worst company I have ever ordered from
Worst company I have ever ordered from. Started with an order on October 3 that ended up being a subscription that I did not mean to order. Within 30 minutes of me, placing the order contacted support for a refund and they told me that I couldn’t get a refund because it was already being processed even though the website says you can reach out within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. Then October 18 comes and my order is still not here. They also charged my account twice with some kind of service fee, but blamed it on my bank, even though it wasn’t my bank. On top of all of this once it didn’t come after three weeks I requested a refund which I got however I never even got the product but got a confirmation email that it was delivered to my house on October 30 and it’s not here, mind you this is 27 days from the original order date. I would never give this company my information let alone order their products.

When trying to return says to China!! Total scam and fraudulent- AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waste of money and not cheap !!!!!
After refunding me for original order THEY HAVE RECHARGED ME FIR SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER! THIS IS FRAUD!
AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS!
Footnote: yes revitalglow has ammended and refunded what I did not order BUT soo many emails needed and distressing tbh, need to be sharp to be infront of this one!

I purchased the B bit drops
I purchased the B12 vitamin drops. When it arrived looked cheap nasty packaging. Decided not to use. Company then took money out again for subscription I certainly hadn’t deliberately entered in to. Contacted them for refund. Had to delete my card details off their site. They told me to return the product to China!! I was under the impression this was an Australian company and products would be manufactured there!!! It’s been a nightmare .

This company are a disgrace
This company are a disgrace. They con you into a subscription then refuse to cancel it no matter how many times you contact them to advise them to cancel.
I contacted them immediately to say I never wanted a subscription, with proof that it did not initially show as a subscription on my order. They refused to remove it, stating I had to get the product twice before they would cancel.
I have emailed them and they keep replying with alternatives but will not do what I asked which is cancel.
