Tanner, the associate who guided me through the process, created a great rapport that comforted me through a difficult decision. He answered all my questions appropriately as well.

I had a very positive experience with the process, and I’m especially grateful for the help and guidance I received from my agent, Miles Arnold. He was very patient, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I felt supported throughout the process. Sterling Langston was very patient and answered my questions, throughout the conversation with me constantly asking him to break it down for me or repeat what he said. He was just great! He knew I had a hearing problem so he was very thorough.

Felt like my heart weighed 100 pounds going into that call, and before I knew it everything was coming back together. She effortlessly went through the program in detail, gave time for questions and was not rude, disrespectful, or dismissive of any of my comments or feelings. Knowing that she would remain as a contact gave me even more reassurance that a difficult decision to make such as this one was the correct one.
