Worst service

The support is awful in this company. They dont have a clear SLA for their services and every time we faced a lot of delays for shipment pickups. Even when you open a support ticket they wont answer you properly and they do nothing but just telling you that they will update. never use their product if you have customers and you value your time

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sincerely sorry for the frustration the pickup delay caused. We understand how much this impacts your business.

To clarify: OTO is a shipping gateway connecting merchants with multiple carriers, not a carrier ourselves. The moment the delay surfaced, our team escalated directly with the delivery company to accelerate the pickup. We also tried reaching you several times to update you and resolve the issue, but unfortunately received no response.
