Avoid this one. They are fake and product is not good quality. When I asked about return like they mentioned on their website, they said they won’t do return for promotion items but it wasn’t mentioned anywhere on their website.
The product is like cheap one from China, not wearable on the face. I never used but I don’t think it will work either.

Never received product, was shipped to wrong address. Repeatedly reached out after months of emailing I was just told it’s my fault I never received the item. I’m just blown away, there is no way this is a reputable business. I was duped.

My Lumidermis Regenmask had electrical issues from the first usage. I tried to request a prepaid return label, which was promised per their website if the product had functional issues. I sent multiple videos that they claim to never have received. They refuse to pay shipping back to CANADA, which is super expensive. Absolutely a cheaply made CHINESE product. Customer service is trash. They will not send me a prepaid label. I have opened a dispute with my cc company. Interestingly, they have changed the wording on their return policy since I have been fighting with them.

AVOID like the plague. I wish I referenced TrustPilot before I stupidly bought the mask from this website. They even have fake blogs written by dermatologists that say this is the best mask for value. I also thought I was buying from a company in Canada and didn't realize it was actually in China. On a closer inspection of the website, there are typos and they've changed the language around returns. I will not accept delivery and have emailed the company but am not expecting a reply. I will take up with my credit card but STAY AWAY!

Total scam. Do not fall for it. They sell the same mask on Temu for $30. Reached out to them for a refund and no response.

I found this mask did help my skin to look healthier, but was disappointed when the mask stopped working 92 days after I received it. I contacted Lumidermis and even though it was past their warranty period of 90 days, they have replaced the whole thing and posted it at no cost to me. I appreciated this gesture since a product with this price tag is an investment.

I didn’t have any issues dealing with their customer service team, I found ‘Sarah’ to be quite helpful.

Their website looks very professional. However, there isn’t any Lumidermis branding on the box or mask. It would feel more legitimate if the same attention to detail went into the packaging as was put into the website.

Cheap piece of crap that you can buy on Amazon for £36. Im now still fighting to receive my refund of £124 as they are only offering 60%. Im going to contact my Visa company and Resolver.

SCAM - comes in a cheap box, no logos or branding, feels crappy. Complete scam

The price had changed (upwards) since I checked 2-3 weeks ago (when it was not on sale). Now, the item was tagged as on sale for black friday, with a new fictional and inflated reference/non-sale price. I went to my basket though and accidentally finished the order while reading these reviews. I cancelled the order within 5 mins (time stamped emails); got a confirmation from the company that they've cancelled the order but that they will keep 15% as "payment processing fee" which is nonsense (and extortionate), especially considering the payment hasn't even gone through yet. I froze my card and hope it stops the charge or I will have to fight it. Red flags all around!

I ordered the LumiDermis anti-aging face mask. When I received it, the box was broken but looked like very cheap packaging. Inside was the face and throat mask in a plastic bag. Looks extremely cheap. The controller inside the box has “Facial Whitening Instrument” printed on it. I contacted the company and they said, “The term "Facial Whitening Instrument" on the controller is simply a label and does not imply the mask is solely for skin whitening. ” I never wanted facial whitening and the advertising never mentioned facial whitening so I am skeptical if it’s even made for anti-aging. Also, nowhere on the box does it say “LumiDermis”. They will issue a refund if I pay for shipping. Since this is 100% false advertising, why should I pay for shipping? I have made a dispute with Visa and I will let them handle it. Do not buy this product!

Like what everyone else said, this is a scam. The mask came from china with no branding. is very cheaply made, the instructions unreadable. I didn't use it and I've paid to have it shipped overseas + duty & taxes and now I'm fighting for my refund which I better receive. Shockingly bad, AVOID.

Scam!! Impressive and legitimate website but the box came shipped from China and doesn’t even say Lumidermis on it! I won’t dare use this on my face!

Lumidermis regenmask is totally no star worthy. The product is Chinese, cheap produce, cheap packaging.
The return policy is not followed by the company. I received a damaged package and box because it was transported with a foil, just like aliexpress. And although there was damage the company first did not reply and later i had to pay myself for shipping.
Chinese scam, don't buy it.
