Had a minor problem and it was corrected to my satisfaction! Rare these days!

Anna, answered my email promptly, left me no doubt my subscription would be put on hold for almost 6 months. I have more Ceylon cinnamon than I’ll use daily as my supplement and with my cooking.

I ordered their product and was pleased to have received it, It was a special offer buy one get one free; but the company combined the two into one; but on the product renewal - the number of products order was two. This is not what I expected and my bank stopped the transaction. I contacted LivingRoot Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder and they emailed that the issue had been resolved.

My experience with your customer service rep, Anna, was great! I had no problems communicating with her. She was prompt and efficient in handling my issue. I can't say the same for your company. Product was only shipped after I questioned why I was charged but had received nothing. Then I got a notice that more product was shipped from China and was charged again. Communications and shipping issues are a problem in your company. I will be careful never to order from you again.
