I have had the same experience as most have on here. I placed an order for a 4 wheeled go cart type vehicle on Nov 12,2025. Rec'd an order & tracking number etc it even got as close as my local post office on Jan 6, 2026 and then all of a sudden it stated it was intercepted and returned to the retailer per the retailer. I'm so frustrated

Product was ordered on November 12 and has not been delivered yet. No response to any emails, need to report this to the authorities, scammers shouldn’t be operating without any consequences.

Such a scam!!! Ordered two of the children’s golf carts for Christmas presents for my grandson in early November. Order #CH5DXEVDR. Still nothing and have found no way to contact them. Lessons learned are costly sometimes.

I purchase this e bike a month ago. they provided a tracking number and that's all I ever got from them.
Save your money, don't buy anything from this company they are not legitimate. You can;'t contact them or even find an address for them. The tracking numbers mean nothing.

Ordered bed for my dog on 11-16 had to have him put down on 11-20 and wanted to know their return process. I sent a msg to them and of course they said being reviewed, that was 11-23. Anotherf msg to them on 12-03 and you guessed it nothing. Going to CREDIT UNIon today to dispute charge. THIS WEB SITE IS A SCAM STAY AWAY

Ordered 2 4 wheel E-bikes. Tracking leads nowhere, website shows unsecure and Norton flagged it as unsafe so can't log into it. Calling them leads nowhere, they just tell you to email or use the chat on their website which can't be logged into.

It is a scam. It shows a man driving around on a axel and it belongs to another company. Once you paid the website disappears. It is. fraudulent scam! Do not purchase from them at all.
