Terrible

The razor was rubbish honestly no different to a disposable one but much more expensive. When I tried to get my money back like the website promised they tried to charge me to return it meaning I was losing out. It ended up being less hassle to keep it but still fuming since I only ordered it relying on the fact I could get my money back if it wasn’t very good.

Don’t waste your money

It’s true it doesn’t stain but it doesn’t hold colour also. I followed instructions to the letter and had to repeat as there was little change after the first application.
Not happy with the results at all.

DO NOT BUY!!!
I bought a razor which stated it had safety features to prevent cuts - which is a lie!
I cut myself so badly that I ended up having to receive medical treatment as I cut an artery.
I wrote to Inova to explain the situation, they wanted me to return the razor at my cost and then charge me a 20% restocking fee to then refund me, I said no because it was shipping to China by the time I have paid the return price it wouldnt have been worth it.
Awful product and awful customer service. Please for your own safety do not buy from them!!!!!!

Warning what ever you do do not buy this, at least the light brown. I'm going gray seen this advertised on social media. The advert said that all you have to do is wash your hair as normal with it and it will cover the gray. It sounded to good to be true and it was. I used it twice at first I was happy with the results. But this is because I'm colour blind and I was unaware that the stuff had turn my hair reddish orange. No one told me at work they thought I was making a statement. Then a week and a half later at work again and was washing my hands and a bright light was on it. I thought my god I've got a ginger beard. I asked my work colleagues do I have red hair and beard? They said yes and said they didn't tell me because it's my hair and they thought I would already know. I contacted the company and complained they offered me a 40% refund. I said no give me my money back or I will do a video review. They agreed to this, but when I got the refund they had only gave me 40%. I contacted them again saying I've done the video review and gave them the link. They asked me to take it down and they would refund me. I told them know send me my money now or I'm naming your product on the review. I got my money back as for the hair. I had to shave it off. I don't normally dye my hair but I've had it dyed 5 times in the last few days. Nothing worked. So had to shave my head and beard. Be careful what you buy off the Internet!
I bought some of that shampoo that put colour in your hair and it turned me into a ginger.

Do not buy!!!

Saw reviews for this razor and thought it would solve razor rash problems and bought the product, also with the safety that their website offers a 30-day money back guarantee in which they offer a full refund, no questions asked, obviously not expecting to need it if the product was advertised correctly.

Unfortunately, despite using all the advice and techniques offered - this razor is dangerous and not able to be used - it cuts continually which causes pain and bleeding for a long time and inova don’t care.

I contacted their customer service about this and initially they said they don’t take the product back due to hygiene reasons and they will give 20% refund instead. When I refused this they said I have to send it back at my own cost to china - I looked into this and it would cost me £10-£15 to ship this myself and further to this, they still won’t refund in full and take 20% ‘re-stocking’ fee off the refund even though they have already said they cannot re-sell this and contrary to their full refund policy. Completely false advertisement.

I have called them out on this, sent them screenshot of their ‘money-back guarantee’ but their response remains the same and they haven’t even bothered replying to my last email. Terrible product and even more terrible customer service.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would! Ordered a razor and this was never delivered despite it being a month. I reached out to customer services and they had miraculously updated the tracking information to say it had been delivered to my home address. After countless emails and requests for a full refund (as this was definitely not the case) they directed me to follow it up with the delivery supplier, which is not my job or fault, the items were not received. They then proceeded to ignore and not reply back to me - the worst customer service I’ve encountered, scam of a company - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I would rate this company a 0 if I could. I can't even review the product as I have not received it!
Placed my order in January, 3 months later still have not received it. I have contacted them countless times asking for updates, some of which have not been answered. I eventually gave up and asked to cancel my order and get a refund.... I emailed them twice with no reply to either! Disgusting customer service.

Would give it a -100 if i could
Tried softly used. So bulky and heavy. Cut in about 30 places. Worst shaver i have ever used in my life. It's ripped my skin to pieces and dried it out. So itchy. Customer service is absolutely shocking! normally get my Shavers on subscription from FFS never had any issues. Will not be using inova again and wasted so much money as bought extra blade too. Got rashes from the shaving aswell.
DON'T BUY! Money back is not true either.
It took weeks to arrive and tbh i wish it never showed up after what condition it's left me in.

After several emails saying "the item you ordered is very popular so it's currently out of stock but more is on the way, and your parcel will arrive by this date" I questioned them when the item didn't arrive on said date..their reply was blunt and said the payment wasn't processed, I said the money left my account on this date and they asked for proof of payment which I then sent over a bank statement showing it left my bank and still haven't received a reply or a refund!! Absolute waste of time and money too!

AVOID. Your legs will be cut to shreds

I never write reviews, nor do I complain or write to customer service."No cut design" is a complete and utter lie. It cut both my legs to shreds. I now dread having a shower as I know I'll have to waste my evening tending to my bleeding legs. I do not have time for this, nor should I have to live my life like this. I was putting so little pressure on it, I used loads of shaving foam and while it didn't utterly decimate my legs like the first time, it still bled a lot and it took me double the amount of time it usually would for my shower as I was desperately trying to stop my legs from bleeding, and even when I eventually did manage to stop them bleeding, a little while later they would randomly bleed again. I'm not just talking about small nicks, some are bad cuts where the blood drips down your leg onto the floor and makes such a mess. They'll only offer a 20% refund, such a waste of money. I understand as they won't return used razors I won't get a full refund, but only £7 back when their product has done a decent amount of damage to me?? If it is the blades they provide, then this is still on them, as surely you'd want to provide your customers with a positive experience from day 1, rather than making them spend even more money trying out different razors. All I got when I emailed to complain was "use lotion or cream". I did, lots of shaving cream, and it did not work. If it did, I would not be complaining. AVOID. Absolutely disgraceful.

The WORST razor I’ve ever used!!

Most unresponsive company ever with extremely poor customer service. Their website states a 30 day money back guarantee if you’re not happy with your product after use, and that there will be no questions asked. They indicate no cuts or bumps from using their product and I sliced my leg open on first use! Tried to give it benefit of the doubt and use again and cut myself a further 3 times

Emailed customer service 10+ times for a refund explaining my concerns and they are only willing to give 20% refund, false advertisement and refuse to answer any emails regarding refunds!! Paid £35 for a product I cannot use and have had to seek medical attention from using. It’s a fraud of a company and as an influencer I hate leaving negative reviews on small businesses but this is the WORST experience I’ve had!

Do not buy from this company, it took 6 weeks for my product to arrive and it’s a massive scam. My gilette razor does a better and safer job, please do not buy from this company

Very disappointed with the inova razor

Very disappointed with the inova razor. The appeal of a close shave with thr promise of the No Cut technology lead to me purchasing this razor. While it did give a close shave, the razor cut my leg in several places despite taking care when shaving. Considering the promise of no cuts when shaving this was somewhat disappointing. The website stated a 30 day money back guarantee with a full refund issued no questions asked if as a customer I was not completely satisfied (see screenshot from the website). So I contacted the company as instructed and I was asked to provide photographic evidence of the cuts caused by the razor. (Questions being asked!) So I provided these as requested only to be told that the company does not accept returns of their products. I then replied asking for a refund as promised by the 30 day money back guarantee only to be told again that if I wanted to return the product I would have to pay a return fee and a restocking fee and then I would receive a 20% refund.

This is very disappointing and is false advertising. The customer service is shocking.

Do not be mislead by this company's false advertising.
