Happy first time customer

Easy to use website, where I signed up for my first house insurance.
I am happy with the price of the insurance.
I needed help to set up auto giro and used their chat function on the website, which worked perfectly. Great customer service!

I used to have a high level of trust in…

I used to have a high level of trust in Trygg Hansa (perhaps because I had never needed their help before), which unfortunately has now been completely shattered. We had a water damage incident in our apartment due to a blockage in the main pipe, outside our apartment, which resulted in our neighbors’ dish and laundry water flowing into our apartment through the sink. It is absolutely hopeless to get in touch with our case officer, and calling customer service does not help at all, as we are met with incorrect advice and an unfriendly attitude. We expected the case officer to contact us regarding the matter but that didn't happen. The case is still ongoing, and I hope that our perception of Trygg Hansa will change for the better moving forward.

Update:
We finally got in touch with our case officer, and she was absolutely fantastic. It turns out the customer service reply we received earlier was just an unfortunate experience with the wrong person.

Great service!

I am not sure about assistant name, but I think it was Matias. That was the best help that I have ever had! He helped me with everything, but the most important how he lead the conversation. He was amazingly friendly, supportive and so kind! I am very thankful for that great service! Frustration from day one

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Trygg-Hansa for business insurance as a sole proprietor.
From day one, there have been constant issues – the insurance doesn't show up when I log in, and at one point it was suddenly cancelled without any explanation. I've been in contact with several different people at Trygg-Hansa, but no one seems to know what the problems are or how to fix them. The whole situation comes across as very disorganized and confusing.

It's important to add that everyone I’ve spoken to has been polite and friendly, but unfortunately that’s not enough. I'm paying for a business insurance policy that I can't even see when logged into my account – that’s simply not acceptable. Close to one star.

Irresponsibility and carelessness about patients, lack of knowledge

I was sent to a general doctor despite I specifically asked for neurologist. The neurologist did recognize that my electrolytes are low, together with blood pressure. I told her that I have hair fall, some bad stress response, low mood and tiredness too . I researched on it and think that there could be the adrenal glands issue. She should have been suspecting this and referred me to someone who can do an investigation on adrenal glands but she didn’t and like most of them didn’t care.
