I was concern with the lack of…
I was concern with the lack of communications after the initial review and approval of my treatment. A call to Eden customer service and a conversation with Natalie put me at ease as she explained that shipment of the medications takes up to 10 days, depending on how busy the pharmacy may be. My experience with the online portal and “chat” with the AI was not that positive! The only answer I got after several inquires on the status of my treatment was “We will look into it and get back with you” which never happened . So, I’m glad that Eden has an old fashion customer service with a phone number, and that Natalie was there to answer my questions.

A true scam
Ive never left a bad review before EVER but I’ve had nothing but a bad experience with Eden. Ive been a member for 6 months and have constantly had issues with my reoccurring payment. I’ve had to contact multiple times in search of my order so my shots were not always consistent like they were meant to be. Also customer service isn't the best, they don’t have anyone responding in real time so you'll get a email a few hours later with the answer to your question. The final time i was charged I was fully fed up and I don't even want the medicine anymore, they told me i cant receive a refund. I also was originally was paying $220 I took a break and paused my medicine for a while. when I started again I was consistently paying $180 for a higher dosage of medicine, so I was paying extra before for what reason? Honestly just feels like a scam all the way around.
