I cant feel anything from the calm one and it has no flavour. Also I want to drink after using it

My order has arrived today and one of the diffusers when we opened the box was melted, extremely hot to the touch and smelled like it was burning.

Very lucky this has not set on fire in the house as it was so hot. The light on the end was on without any interaction so these have the potential to be a fire risk so be very careful and make sure you check your orders immediately when they arrive for this fault.

A friend let me try these and I loved it ! Tasted really good & did what it said it’s supposed to do ! Loved it so much I bought a 3 pack to last me a while ! Will be buying more off the website on top of other items ! Definitely recommend (:

I tried to purchase melatonin diffusers from Cloudy this month as I have done for 3 or 4 years. But this time I placed the order before checking my rewards points.I immediately contacted them to change the payment method. “Amanda” from Cloudy customer service said it was too late to use my rewards, but I could process a return once the package arrived, then reorder with my rewards. While waiting, I checked out the return link. It is a SCAM. There’s no way to get a refund or to return items. Cloudy will only offer a bigger and better deal for $$ more and there is no link from there to request a return label. Again I contacted Cloudy and again “Amanda” was cheerfully unhelpful and refused to send a return label or explain why there’s actually no returns. I received no response at all. Long story, please make SURE you want your purchase from Cloudy before making your purchase because there is no way to return items for a refund nor is there 100% customer satisfaction. They do not professionally represent their company nor do they respect their customers. I have found other well reviewed melatonin options because I am not buying anything from Cloudy again. Cloudy lost me as a customer. And I lost my rewards. Ugh.

I am delighted with the diffusers, at least the two that I have used, the calm one and the mango one, which is my favorite. Having a device that makes it easier for you to sleep better or have vitamins and nutrients is incredible.

I want to start by mentioning the sleeping gums 10/10 I have problems falling asleep and that plus the melatonin diffuser has also helped me a lot, the other diffusers are excellent especially the energy one. Very happy with the service.
