The ordering was great. I had given a five star review. But then the good feeling ended for me. I have repeatedly emailed and my main concerns are not addressed.
I was offered a credit to compensate for not being able to cancel the order before it was shipped. (I had tried to cancel within 30 minutes and was told that it had shipped already.) I have never, despite several requests, received that credit on my card. Then my order came with 1 bottle only...I had ordered and paid for 3. Emails about this have not been addressed by Cleantra.

So now I will pursue returning and cancelling my order,my one bottle. as promised in their 90 day guarantee. Let's see how that goes.

Just purchased the bottles. Hopeful it works, Buying process was easy.

Only ordered 1 product. I was charged for 2 and received 2, but did not request it. When wanting to return the product, only wanted to give me a percentage back instead of a full refund. No phone numbers to call, only an email address.

Ordered the end of March and still haven't received the product. I've tried to contact and all they do is send me a tracking number that comes up saying virus detected and is invalid. As far as I'm concerned it's a scam and just taking the loss. Tired of getting the runaround and them saying they are looking into it.

I placed my order, realized I was charged an extra $90 for 6 extra bottles! I’ve emailed multiple times, no acknowledgment to my issue yet. No order tracking number, no human response, just automated nonsense replies to my emails, ignoring the fact that they charged me almost $100 more than they should have. Let’s see how long it takes. I still haven’t received my order.

Business site was easy to navigate, obtain all available information on products, pricing varied depending on links to main site, order was completed for shipping the day after placing same. I was hesitant due to reviews but am looking forward to trying the products.
