I had the same problem. Order around November 30th. And still haven't received my order. So, I emailed the real trybotania.com and they told me that it was this company. Now I see it's a scam. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. It was only $39; however, I don't want anyone else falling for their scam. BUYER BEWARE!!!
I believe Trybatania.com is a scam. I ordered around Thanksgiving 2024 and never received my product. It's now January 8th. I tried to contact them, but no response. The tracking number is bogus, it continually reads it's on the way, since November. smh

I order this product about three weeks ago, I never received it and they have not responded to emails, no contact phone number. There is no address listed to write them. Warning believe this to be a scam. They give you some fake tracking number that can’t be tracked it states package on the way. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!
