Unfortunately purchased from this scam of a company and will be going to the bank for collect my refund through a Chargeback request.

Offers a 14 day money back guarantee and doesn't tell you that they will only honour that if you meet the criteria of "it hasn't been delivered".

Anyway, my simple download link of the 2 prompt packs contained only 1 download link, not 2 (so i only had access to 1 pack). I requested a refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee policy and guess what, the seller then replied with "Sorry for that, heres your link" and send me the link, now I cannot get a refund because he has sent me it.....

My refund request was put in whilst my item was un-delivered, the seller chose to send his 'non-blockable' link instead of refunding me immediately.

Your list may be long be the quality of the prompts are absolute garbage. Do NOT purchase this item and avoid this absolute scammer at all costs.

Terrible customer service, false advertising, feels much like a scam, they advertise their guarantee as follows on their website: We're so confident in our products, where If for whatever reason, you're not completely satisfied, you have the right to get a full 14-day refund.

Once you ask for a refund, it’s a whole other story, now their policy is totally different and they ask for a valid reason. Their email for support is not valid and reaching them is complicated, a total nightmare.
