wanted to sell some inherited and loose pieces now that gold was over 1500 USD. STEVE and Truvall came recommended by a consumer watchdog agent. I was not in the mood or had time for endless price shopping over pennies. My experience was satisfactory, Steve explained the process well. I would recommend them for one stop selling !

I made an appointment with Steve. He was very friendly and respectful but just as important, very honest and fair. He will treat you the same whether you have 1 piece or over 150 pieces. I highly recommend Truval.

All around a "5 Stars" for Truval
All the previous reviews I read about Truval were spot on. I had a very positive experience from the time I first contacted them and spoke to Steve on the phone to when I shook his hand upon saying goodbye. Steve was the utmost professional. He took the time to hear out all my questions and concerns and approached it first from a view I could understand after listening to my limited "jewelry knowledge", and then second applied his years of experience coupled with his vast knowledge so I felt I was able to learn a lot from my short visit. I'm glad I did some research beforehand, it definitely helped but thankfully I trusted those yelp reviews about Truval because at most other places I probably would've been swallowed up by the sharks. Didn't feel that way at all at Truval and left there feeling like I did get a fair deal as Steve said with his offer. He even increased the offer a small amount when I said I'd feel more comfortable at this level. You don't expect that to happen so it was sweet to actually see it.
All around a "5 Stars" for Truval, absolutely! Highly recommend...
