Trustworthy Maintenance was recommended to us by our letting agents. After waiting several months for the quote for the work we received a date for them to start. On the day the work was due to begin they text the tenant to say they weren’t coming but gave another date. On that date they did not show up and the following week they sent the tenant a text message to say they would no longer be coming to do the work.
Professional and competent - team was punctual, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly. Communication was clear, pricing was transparent, and they gave me some extra advice which was a huge bonus. I highly recommend Trustworthy Maintenance and will use them again.
Trustworthy Maintenance are absolutely brilliant, they are so much better than any other maintenance company I've worked with as a landlord, by a huge margin.
They are personable, prompt in taking action (often sending someone out to fix next day), full of sanguine advice on how to proceed, cost effective, efficient, quotes are bang on, at market price but quality of goods/workmanship is beyond compare.
Beyond everything else they are utterly trustworthy, I know this because over the last two years they have done many, many jobs for me, from removing asbestos + re-doing my rooves to replacing door handles - they do it all - small annoying jobs to major refurb. Every single job has been done to the highest standard + I have never been charged more than my quote. I find them impeccable to work with and I honestly can not recommend them highly enough.
I have been using Trustworthy for as long as they've been in business. They are trustworthy (hence the name), transparent and do what they say they're going to do at a reasonable price. I've been through the mill with tradespeople over the years but now I won't go anywhere else.
