Purchased crypto and stored them in this wallet. All gone.

It is a scam!!!!

I waiting already half year for my money and I never get it and I wrote 20 emails and robot give me answers always. I have asked questions about my transactions sent a details about my transactions but I have nothing

Funds were supposedly transferred into my Trust wallet. They indicated they were not received. Trust wallet provided absolutely no customer service and you can’t get assistance from a real person. This is a big scam. Do not use this wallet.

I lost all my PEPE coins worth $110.92; a transaction was carried out on my account without my knowledge. Please stay away from trust wallet, they are not what they display. scam....... scam........ scam

I lost $1,300. A miner program called worldwallet.cloud insists me to install the trust wallet and get profit. I installed this wallet and connected to the program, all my balance was removed from my account. I informed the support, but my money was not returned. Be careful with worldwallet.cloud app and don't connect to trust wallet, it's a scam

Do not trust them! My money was stolen from their website 15 minutes after I transferred money to my Trust wallet account. at 4 October 2024
I contacted them right away- but nobody responded at all!
I found some phone number and called them 5 times, they promised to send me an Email with the case number - I received nothing.
I called the next day- transferred several times, twice phone was disconnected. previous representative have no idea what is going on.
Finnaly, last representative told me - too late, money was stolen from their website.
Do not ever trust to that dishonest company, theY SCAM!

You cannot buy or sell tether and tron in trust wallet ,they update the App last week and they remove the buy and sell option in the uk

Trying to swap $30 of Solana to another crypto and it says "pending" for 4 days now!!!!!!! What a joke. Imagine if it was $30,000!!! No answer from support either. I don't recommend

I processed a withdrawal on 9 12 2024 in the same manner that I processed a withdrawal on 7 14 2024. The July withdrawal went through quickly, however, the recent withdrawal still has not been confirmed. I received no response from the online support so I contacted the email support only to be told that I had to update to the 11/14 version. So I did. Now the email support is telling me that I am on a fake site. How is that possible when the prior withdrawal on the same site was "Successful". This makes no sense. As of today the withdrawal is still showing "Confirming", however, the funds have been deducted from my Trust Wallet account. In addition, all of the support phone numbers have been recently disconnected.

i choose trust wallet after searching for 2 days for secured wallets,but today my funds were stolen from trust wallet on mobile app, believe me don't waste your time with this wallet with low security, today i lost my 2000$ from trust wallet because unauthorized withdrawal from my wallet

Was I. Mining pool had 715 .. I get a text from support to add 550 of they would lock up my account… bottom line after several conversations with support they locked down my account and flat ass stole my money .. scamming platform

Me and five of my friends yesterday money was transferred from out trust wallet account wathout our approval total scam

The Discover tool from Trust Wallet is an open door for scammers. Trust Wallet knows this and does do nothing about it. They facilitate scammers who use the discover tool to add ponzi schemes and install smart contracts to empty wallets. Trust Wallet is not transparant in how they make money so it's realistic to suppose they make money with the scams going on in Trust Wallet.They don't take the necessary actions to stop the scams or to reimburse the victims who's assets were stolen out of their wallets. Even not when they are informed about the scam. The customer support is very bad and slow, it can take more then a week for them to reply. There should be some accountability and some legislation in place. Trust Wallet is not safe to use.

I'm just going to repeat pretty much what everything else I've read here aboutn trust wallet. There should be some accountability and some legislation in place. The se wallets are getting out of hand. They're basically stealing from us. Trust wallet inadvertently uses the word trust. No support if they do get back you it's days and weeks afterwards. There's no solution or any attempt of resolution. They need to be shut down

I have provided all the information to them about 5 times at this point. The above email is the precursor to them cancelling the complaint. This appears to be Trust wallets way of not dealing with complaints.

Scam. Total rip off site. I had unauthorized withdrawals made today. I never gave anyone password or phrase. Stay away from this wallet.
If there were negative stars I’d list them.

Disgrace. I am writing another review because they keep stealing from my wallet the small assets that are left in there. 12 August they stole 456 Shping, but I don't care anymore. The only thing I can do is dump them deep here and anywhere else, until they go to hell.

This trust wallet has synchronization fees to be paid. It was said that once paid I can withdraw my funds.
But I paid it management had another payment to pay and it is last payment, there is no other payment in future.
Can some one help me about this matter or anyone have this experience

Around $50k crypto stolen from my wallet. I personally did not click on an suspicious links, emails, etc. The hacker somehow got into my account for reasons unknown. I contacted Trust Wallet for support, then I receive an automated email asking for several documents. I send those documents responding to there email and get NO response. Then 4-5 days later they close the case. I tried this method 5-6 times and the only way to get in touch with them is through email. They take no consideration of victims that experience this kind of theft. Horrible customer support and horrible platform to store crypto. They must have had some security glitch. I'll be filing reports to as many higher authorities as possible against this company. They had a class action law suit around a year ago I am also trying to join.
