I made an order before Christmas for a tracksuit, didn’t arrive in time. I was then sent a REALLY substandard hoodie in January, not the complete heavyweight tracksuit I paid for. No way to contact them other than through chat, no resolution yet, although I was offered a refund voucher in January that hasn’t materialised either. Avoid avoid avoid.

Please DO NOT order from this company. Like many others I placed an order before Christmas and I’m still waiting to receive most of it. Initially they responded to offer a £60 voucher but I declined as the items I was waiting for exceeded this and I would have had to pay yet more money to receive what I had originally bought and paid for. I have chased several times now with no reply. According to Companies House they ceased trading in December. Their new website is 2025. They don’t appear registered. They are in beach of the consumer rights act and I also plan to report them.

Do not order from this business. I ordered items back in November 2024, despite them claiming to be delivered within 3-5 business days I never recieved them. Again like many reviews on here they claim that the parcel had been delivered to Evri parcelshop, my parcel was never found. Two months on, I am still waiting for a full refund, they offered me a £60 voucher, when in fact my order was for £74.98. I declined and reiterated that I am entitled to be fully refunded. They have yet to respond. I am going to report them to trading standards as I firmly believe they are ripping off consumers. Dont trust the process. Save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere.

UPDATE: I have reported this company to Trading Standards as they are scamming people out of money. They are still ignoring my messages. They should not be trading and I am still waiting for my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

They launched a “pre sale” people ordered then they weren’t on their account for atleast two weeks no activity, no communication nothing. Evri still expecting the package, never arrived and it’s been 3 months now! They didn’t respond on their instagram but were posting on their personal one and customer service did nothing to help. Bad Company never order from here!! Also uses teenagers as “ambassadors” to help reel in other teenagers they can scam!

Utter shit, nearly been a year since i ordered a tracksuit from them, no response to the claims on the customer support chat. £65 down the draun

Ordered in September - had the usual ‘shipping is delayed’, ‘we’ll check with the courier’ etc - still not order or refund!

Feel like I've been scammed!

I've ordered from TTP before and the quality is good and orders have arrived, albeit pretty slow. This time though I placed an order on 21st Sept, it was not a pre order item. It is now 7th November and it hasn't arrived. I contacted via chat as you can't actually call and speak to someone, was told it was on it's way (after they looked at last years order and not this year's one!), the tracking has been updated for nearly two weeks now with Evri expecting it.
Since a response nearly two weeks ago, I have not had a single reply to emails or chat. Literally being ghosted by a company! So they have my money and I have nothing.
Just feel like I've been scammed

Wow i read all the reviews and i thought that i was the only one having problems with them giving my refund back look looks like it happens multiple times ive contacted them in every way possible and they still don't reply been waiting 3 months for this refund DONT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY

what a nightmare…

i’ve bought from here twice in the past and loved it (hence why he does have some 5 stars from a few years ago) however this time i wish i hadn’t bothered at all.

you get given a “free tee” which never arrives. they also forgot a t shirt i had paid for… thankfully he happily sent me a code to fix the problem but i didn’t receive the same t shirt i ordered!

then i stupidly bought a tracksuit.
the worst quality imaginable. so i returned it… which i had to pay to do. i haven’t received my money back but have proof that he has received my return parcel via a signature.

i have been messaging him back and forth for a while, which he only responds when u threaten legal action and he answers within 15 seconds. but when he does, he ignores the issue and gives you an apology excuse.

he makes false promises and claims “i assure you it’ll be done today” but guess what… it never is. he constantly blames it on admin issues or that processing is taking longer but it’s all a cop out to make you forget so he can keep ur money.

After ordering previously and being happy with an order I then made a second order and tried to make a return, a month later the return still hasn’t come into my account and they won’t answer any messages sent, do not order from them it’s a complete waste of money

Avoid at all costs. No information when purchasing that orders are dispatched in batches, after weeks of numerous emails, chats etc some replied to with constant excuses others not answered, I have still have not received my daughters delivery. I have requested a refund and not had a reply. Do not use this company unless you are prepared to lose your money.

Placed an order unaware it was a pre-order as the initial purchase did not say so. Chased it up multiple times being told different days and it had been delayed. I understand issues occur but a 3 nearly 4 month delay is a joke. Sizing is also way off! I also received the wrong item to which I have emailed, used the automated chat and instagram Dm’d with absolutely no response. Poorly ran company.

So, now Ethan is now redirecting me to that chatbot on the website! Which responded 24 hours later(!) telling me a DIFFERENT tracking number with EVRI and that my order has been delivered (which it most definitely has not).

I placed an order back in January, after numerous emails I have still not received the tracksuit! Was told it was pre-order but it never mention that when ordered! Asked for a refund, told ok but no refund has been received.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a tracksuit for my daughter on 15 January and there is still no sign of it 3 months later. I have emailed “Ethan” many times asking where it is and am told it’s “in transit”. Terrible customer service

Absolute sham and a joke of a company. The product takes an age to arrive, multiple emails sent asking for updates and arrival of order. Once arrived the hoodie and joggers where poor and cheap material fruit of the loop job with their logo on it. Not good enough when your charging just over 60quid for this crap. Asked for refund wanted product returned so I did at my expense. They received it said they would refund ... this was in February and guess what no refund!!! Loads of emails sent to them but ignored. Been a drain would never ever shop with them again should not be allowed to operate will be taking them to the small claims court to get my money back.
