A happy Sprinter owner

I bought a Sprinter MWB from Trust Motor Cars in February, the whole process was hassle free. Very good communication. The van needed a little work done after purchasing, there was no issue through out, very easy to deal with. I am a happy Sprinter owner now and I would recommend the company.

“I had a great experience buying my car from this dealership. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful without being pushy. They answered all my questions honestly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The car was exactly as described, clean, well-prepared, and priced fairly. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car and excellent customer service.”

Follow up review....please read it all !

To clarify, I have already left a great review of Mos and his business when i purchased a 2019 (68 plate) Mitsubishi L200 Barbarian 2.4D auto.

3 months down the line and it has been excellent apart from a strange noise coming from the rear axle somewhere.

I messaged Mos to let him know and he asked to be kept up to date with any diagnostics etc.

After finding a real gearbox/transmission specialist who confirmed a few things.
1: Very strange noise he wasn't sure of.
2:Ruled out the obvious, bearings, brakes, wheels, gearbox, transfer box, front linkages, 4 wheel drive system and clutch within it......
3: only thing left was something in the diff and advised of part number for axle and diff.

Spoke to Mos who agreed to pay a contribution towards the repair once I had sourced replacement part.

3 weeks later I finally found the correct part and after some discussion, Mos kindly agreed to pay for the replacement part (axle and diff) and shipping to my local specialist.
I agreed to pay for the repair myself.

This is all now sitting waiting for delivery as truck is booked in for repair.

I am updating this primarily because although I am in Stirling in Scotland and Mos is near Heathrow.... I would have NO HESITATION in buying another pickup from him.

I am blown away as Mos is the opposite from every other dealer I have ever had to deal with, main dealers and some so called first class ones.....
He has never once brushed me off with the usual expected platitudes and condescension from other sales companies and embraced the issue and came to an amicable agreement for both of us.

I would ask you reading this, when have you ever even come close to dealing with car sales with genuine honesty and takes responsibility for when something is wrong ????

You have just found one..........

Warning: Sold a dangerously unroadworthy vehicle with a snapped chassis.

I am writing this to warn other consumers about my experience with Trust Motorcars Ltd (also trading as Motorclass Trading Limited).
I purchased a Nissan Navara (SA64 OGE) from this dealership on 23/03/2026. Within less than 200 miles of driving, the vehicle’s chassis catastrophically snapped in half. Upon professional inspection, it was discovered that the chassis suffered from terminal structural corrosion that had been intentionally concealed with thick underside paint and specific materials to hide the damage from a buyer’s inspection.
This vehicle was sold as roadworthy, but it was a "death trap" that could have caused a fatal accident. The dealer has failed to provide a refund within the legal 30-day rejection period under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I have high-resolution photographic evidence of the structural failure and the concealment methods used. This matter has been formally reported to the DVSA, Trading Standards, and my bank’s fraud department. I am also proceeding with legal action via the County Court to recover my £6,000.
Avoid this dealership at all costs. They are selling dangerous vehicles and refusing to honor consumer law.

Reply from Trustmotorcars (VAN SALES West London/Heathrow)

We are disappointed by this review, which contains several inaccuracies.

The vehicle was sold on 23/03/2026 as a trade/project vehicle for £6,000 — approximately £3,000 below typical retail market value — specifically to reflect its age, engine-related issues, and documented corrosion history.

Prior to purchase, the customer spent significant time inspecting the vehicle, including underneath the vehicle, and used a diagnostic reader we provided. Our CCTV records confirm that a thorough inspection was carried out before purchase. There was no pressure to purchase; the customer viewed the vehicle on the 22/03 and only phoned the following day (23/03) to confirm his decision. The vehicle was subsequently collected by a transporter on the customer’s behalf rather than being driven away, which was consistent with the understanding that the vehicle required repair work.

Furthermore, the vehicle’s publicly available MOT history contained corrosion-related advisories over several years (including 2022, 2024, and 2025), demonstrating that corrosion-related issues were historic matters and not concealed.

The first contact we received regarding any issue was on 04/05/2026, over six weeks after the sale and after the vehicle had been entirely outside of our possession and control.

We categorically deny any allegation of concealment or misrepresentation.

As legal action has been threatened, we will not comment further publicly but will respond through the appropriate channels if required.

Second time purchase - happy customer

This is my second time buying a van from this company, reasonable prices and well maintained. When we had once a small issue with the previous van purchase, they promptly helped to address and have the issue sorted out. Happy customer.

TERRIBLEY BAD FRAUDULENT EXPERIENCE

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALER HAS BEEN EXTREMELY DISTRESSING. THE VEHICLE I PURCHASED WAS NOT IN THE CONDITION REPRESENTED TO ME, AND SERIOUS ISSUES ONLY BECAME APPARENT AFTER THE SALE. I AM NOW INVOLVED IN ONGOING LITIGATION AS I AM SEEKING A REFUND. BASED ON WHAT I HAVE BEEN THROUGH, I URGE ANYONE CONSIDERING BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY TO EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION. THIS HAS BEEN A VERY DIFFICULT AND TIME‑CONSUMING SITUATION, AND I WOULD NOT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO FACE THE SAME EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE LIARS AND BEHAVED FRAUDULENTLY . I HAVE FILED A CASE ON COURT

We’re sorry you feel this way.

The vehicle was a part-exchanged 16 years old with 197,000 miles and was priced at £1,250 as a clearance vehicle. The advert clearly stated that due to age, mileage and price, no warranty was offered. This was also confirmed verbally at the point of sale and documented on the signed invoice.

The vehicle was test driven and inspected prior to purchase, and it was used for nearly two months before any concerns were raised.

We always aim to be transparent about vehicle condition and pricing, and we encourage customers to fully inspect and satisfy themselves before completing a purchase.

Having bought a very well presented…

Having bought a very well presented vehicle from Trust Motor Cars a couple of weeks ago it has just developed a problem of the ABS light coming on.

I called the company and was greeted exceptionally well by a very knowledgeable person on the phone who recognised what is a common fault with the vehicle and simply agreed to replace the part free of charge.

I have booked the vehicle in for Monday 17th as agreed. If everything goes as promised I will be very happy to upgrade my experience to 5 star service.

bought a focus ,granted 14 years old

bought a focus ,granted 14 years old. firstly they said they would change the timing belt as due at extra cost, they did this but a pulley was noisy. after 5 months the radiator control unit went , cost 500 to replace. at first mot the list was endless but main problem was the car was dangerously rusty not something 11 months driving would create. i complained and they offered repair at extra cost but the car i was told was only worth scrap. not a good experience. my advice is if you buy from these guys get a mechanic to once over it. dissatisfied.

Reply from Trustmotorcars (VAN SALES West London/Heathrow)

This was a 14-year-old part-exchange vehicle, sold with its age and condition reflected in the price. The timing belt was replaced as agreed, and the vehicle was driven for several months before later age-related issues arose.

Older vehicles can unfortunately develop faults over time, which is why we no longer retail cars and now focus solely on vans and pickups of newer age.

Crash damaged! HPI clear!

Bought a vehicle a year ago never really noticed any defects with it until selling it and found out it is full of filler & has been repainted the full drivers side. Emailed with 0 response! Upon closer inspection a local body fixer believes it has been crashed damaged but not gone through the insurance.

This was a used vehicle, and it is normal for older cars to have had cosmetic bodywork at some point in their life. The vehicle was HPI clear at the time of sale, and no accident history was recorded.

We always welcome independent inspections prior to purchase.

This issue was resolved at the time. After our original response, the customer replied to our email confirming receipt and requested a refund, which was paid in full (£700) and confirmed by the customer in writing.

The same review was later posted across multiple platforms despite the matter having been concluded.

Experience with refunding a car

Will start off by saying that my conversations and interactions were civil, no shouting or insulting, etc. Therefore 2 stars instead of 1.

They already know that I am not happy with the resolution hence the review shouldn't be a surprise. I'm not a car person, I'm a new driver and this was my first experience buying a used car and dealing with a car dealer.

Below is my timeline of events for my experience in buying a 2012 Honda Civic. Traded a 2012 Hyundai i10 and paid £1,550 on top. The car was £4,300 and given £150 discount so £4,150.

- 3rd May - payment made
- 6th May - pick up car and documents
- 11th May - called Trust Motorcars to let them know about blue smoke from exhaust
- 18th May - brought car to Trust Motorcars for fixing blue smoke from exhaust
- 30th May - called Trust Motorcars to say smoke not fixed, asked for options and solutions. They said they will get back to me
- 1st June - emailed them if this can be fixed or get a refund
- 4th June - chased for solution from Trust Motorcars, told they will get back to me next day
- 5th June - Added another 1.5L of oil
- 8th June - email for right to reject sent
- 11th June - first part of the refund received
- 13th June - final part of the refund received

The car was essentially blowing blue smoke out of the exhaust and drinking engine oil. The dealership offered to fix the engine or provide an alternative vehicle from their stock after they acknowledged there is an issue. Insisted for a refund instead.

Money invested in the car:
£200.72 - service
£300 - new tyres (x4)
£19.74 - wipers
£72 - local garage for 2nd opinion on issue
Total £592.46

I was refunded £3,850. Trust Motorcars deducted £300 for 'fair use'. I drove the car 865 miles during that time and had a slight scratch on the passenger door, which I've been upfront about.

Good luck with your purchase.

This matter was resolved in full at the time. The customer requested a refund, which was paid, with a small deduction for fair use after 800+ miles, and confirmed as received.
