This app is useless. I am on my fourth try and this app keeps wasting my time. It took my employer a week to figure out a possible solution, which relates to writing the address in a very specific manner this robot brain can digest. I HAVE to use this crap for my ID checks. It looks like it has caused many others plenty of grief and wasted hours.
Oh, and customer service isn't picking up their phone. Figures

So far our experience with Trust ID has been great, the account set up had a few minor glitches which were sorted out immediately. The system is super easy to use too and very intuitive. They respond super fast to any messages and the pre-set up was really thorough and run by a really friendly team, I really would recommend them.

As an employer this helps us meet our requirements in establishing right to work and carrying out identity checks. In my opinion there are some unfair negative reviews about tech but in our experience the devices our employees use do impact the usability but that can be said for any online platform. In our experience it helps us speed up time to hire in the vast majority of cases and decreases the reliance on manual checks. I'd give another star if the credit price was lower as it is one of the more expensive products. BUT you do get what you pay for.

I’ve had a great experience with TrustID! Their staff are professional and always helpful, providing quick responses and prompt support when and if required. The costs are very reasonable for the service they offer, and their turnaround times for verification requests are fast. It’s been a smooth and reliable 4-5 years with the firm. Good service, does what it needs to, easy to use and TrustID do a simple set up making the process easy and straight forward. Only suggestion would be for a more comprehensive explanation when a check comes back as failed/rejected to help us resolve the issue with the employee directly. otherwise no complaints, customer service always come back very quickly when there is an issue and are always friendly and happy to help.

As an HR Manager I have been using Trust ID for around a year after looking for recommendations for RTW providers. Certainly from my side the process has been simple and easy to operate. Customer service are always very quick to respond to any queries I have if I don't quite understand the report too. I have no plans to move away from Trust ID and would recommend them.

This is annoying garbage. It forces you to use a mobile phone to take pictures of documents (despite text that claims you can just upload images using a PC -- far preferably as I have a high quality scan of the relevant documents), which it then can't read unless you can angle the passport just so and get the lighting just so.
Next you have to take a picture of yourself, which took several goes and about 5 minutes of holding the phone at different angles.
The whole thing took about 30 minutes and was an awful experience. Stay far away.

Trust I.d. is utterly useless, followed all instructions, clicked on 'upload image' then nothing, no error message, no hint. Waste of time. And they think this is progress.

Sent an email link that can only be opened on mobile, which is a problem because the photo I want to share is on my computer.
On my mobile they offer an "Upload photo" link, which opens my camera but won't let me access existing images.
So there's no way for me to use this service. How was this not picked up in testing?
