Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Reviews 

We had a new crawl space door installed. Our old one was completely rusted out. Jared McLaughlin was the service tech and he did a great job. He had to build out a new frame and he made sure it was sealed properly. It took him a bit, but the job was done right. After he finished, he showed us what he had done and answered any questions. Very friendly and conscientious. We would definitely recommend.

Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and well informed. They did a very good job cleaning up and explaining what the were doing. they leveled are sidewalk and repaired our driveway. price was very reasonable. Thanks to Rafael C. James C. and Brandon S.

Techs did a great job

Frontier installed basement waterproofing in September. And I love it. However, after the recent heavy rains and flooding in this area there was some water, mostly puddles, in my basement. David Garrett of Frontier arrived as scheduled and was polite and thorough in checking everything out. He found no failure in the system or the pump and we agreed the water likely was coming through the floor but I'll keep an eye out next time it rains. David provided me with his cell and said not to hesitate to call anytime if I have further issues. Great service! Thank you, David and Frontier.

Nick Tuttle, Brooks, and Mark installed a radon device on my home today and they were fantastic! I worried about them breaking through my brick, but they made a very small cut in my house. The men arrived on time, were courteous and answered every question. I just wish I had another old house for them to fix.

We had the absolute best experience today with James C. We have been dealing with foundation issues for about 5 years. Because the previous homeowner used USS and said their work was guaranteed, we called them. I won't go into details. Suffice it to say USS' does not guarantee their work and their customer service is terrible. My husband made the call to Frontier and what a difference. James was thorough, friendly and professional. He even took measurements to find out exactly what was needed to actually fix our problem, (imagine that). I cannot say enough about our experience with James and Frontier Foundation. Bought a crawlspace encapsulation from Frontier and mold has been growing in my crawlspace, 1st floor, and 2nd floor. Had to pay thousands to another company to fix this and been sick for 2 years. Your customer service is horrific. Nobody willing to help me get corrected, just BS.

I had an older pool deck that needed some leveling and crack repair. James C. and Rafael C. were prompt, efficient and did a great job overall. Great service and excellent warranty.
