Subsequent to my previous review with a single star and negative comments, I was contacted by the person I had talked to and he explained that the lapse in communication was due to unavoidable circumstances.
My queries were answered and very good service was provided

Good customer service and attention to detail 👌

Was promised a call back which never happened
Was supposed to receive an email which didn’t come
Tried to contact the person with no reply
Contacted the company but no reply
Concerned this may be a scam situation

To be honest, this was my first encounter with life insurance matters and I experienced numerous concerns. Thanks to Mr. Chris Carter, who guided me throughout the process and assisted me in finding answers to my queries. He articulated the entire process from the beginning, and then when I completed my homework and discussed my concerns, Mr Chris was forthright and forth with all. This helped me and convinced me to proceed with the policy, otherwise I might have delayed it. This is the trust that is established through good and honest communication. Highly recommended.
