I did my order and haven’t received my…
I did my order and haven’t received my confirmation email. Doesn’t give a good impression at all. I have checked my Bank account and have two pending transactions for the same order. I have email them, nothing back. It makes me think only negative about this company from the beginning

The products are amazing but unfortunately the service is terrible. I have placed an order a week ago, I am yet to receive a order confirmation let alone the order. I have contacted her in several occasions but she has failed to respond.
If you want these products, I recommend you buy it directly from one of their stockists but not from truss-Uk

Your order was submitted at 1.34 am on Thursday morning, 10th February the order was filled on Friday, but was posted second class signed for on Monday. Your product was delivered today. Your product was sent standard delivery which you chose. You had the choice to opt for first class signed for which is faster but you chose standard which is 3 to 5 working days. We EXPLICITLY state the delivery times on our website. You were provided with the tracking number WD000149015GB on Tuesday and this was sent to your email which you registered with us. Once the product is posted we have no control how long it will take to get to you. All we can do is to follow the Royal Mail guidelines. If you are dissatisfied with the length of time it takes to get product to you, I suggest you either choose a faster delivery option and if you wish to leave negative feedback can I kindly suggest you do this for the Royal Mail and not Truss Professional UK, with thanks Dr Stuart Kewley Chief Strategy Officer Truss Professional UK Ltd.

Dear Evelina thank you very much for the two star review you left. The price of your order was £46.80 the cost of shipping your order was £16.85. The total cost of your order £63.65. The extra cost will have been tax at 23 per cent making your order total £78.30. On our website we very clearly state that tax may be applied to orders that are from outside the UK. Moreover the shipping costs we clearly stated before you purchased the order. We hope to launch Truss in Ireland in the future which will make the shipping cost less and there will be no tax. Alternatively you can purchase the product from our distributors within the EU when no tax will be applied. Kind regards Hannah

Your order was shipped on 13th of January, and on the 14th of January we emailed you with the tracking information. All our orders are shipped royal mail second class signed for. The order is now in the hands of the courier, Royal mail. On the 20th of January you left negative feedback stating that you did not receive your order which was delivered to you on the 22nd of January.
