I entrusted Rick with the task of replacing the lead water pipes this time. Although the process was prolonged due to repeated communication with the water company, Rick and Jamie's professionalism and responsible attitude helped resolve the issue promptly. I'm very grateful.

When there was a problem with the toilet during the process, they also fixed it immediately after just a phone call. I'm truly glad to have met such trustworthy plumbing professionals.

Aiden came to replace a broken kitchen mixer tap. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and did a good job. It was tricky as there was limited space but he coped very well. We are very pleased with the price and the workmanship. Thank you.

Have many times for new radiators fitted, boiler service but biggest job was a whole new bathroom. Service from start to finish was great and professional as well as being friendly.

Our boiler decided to give up and were left with no hot water or heating. Got in touch with Truplumb and they were great, got a quote which was very competitive and they came and fitted the boiler quickly for us.

I've used Truplumb at least 5 times; they've installed a boiler, serviced that boiler, fitted a shower tray and screen to a wet room and fixed a few things in my house. The standard and service is always top notch and the lads are so polite and courteous. The guys came out to my 90 year old Mum's property within a few hours of telephoning. The work was carried out immediately to a very high standard with minimal fuss and no mess. They were lovely and caring with my Mum, going above and beyond with a follow up phonecall from Rick the following day.
