Website is easy to navigate, a variety of options, anytime I had questions, someone responded very quickly, and free samples are always a plus if you are unsure of choices. I ordered save the dates, wedding invites, and wedding signs from here and no complaints, loved all of them, terrific prices (with the almost always running discount), and would recommend to everyone.

The save the dates look great. Exactly what I expected! I also love that I received free samples of different types of cards and invitations with my order so I will know what to expect when I use Truly Engaging in the future. I highly recommend this company!

Is this company still in business? I have called since Tuesday and the voicemail says the office is closed but office hours are from 9am to 4pm central time. I have called between 9am & 4pm central time and I still get the same voicemail.

Ordered save the date magnets. The picture that printed was wayyy darker than the pic I uploaded and the proof that showed on the computer. I contacted them and they gave me some BS explanation about the computer being illuminated and creating a brighter version than what printed. I've printed many things both personally and professionally and they were just full of it. They offered to send me a redone sample and if I wanted to print those they'd offer me them at 50% off. Mind you they never refunded my original order. The reprint came - they sucked all the color out of the photo making the sky go from blue to white/gray. It looked horrible. I requested a discount on the original set which they refused to provide. I will never do business with them again. I ended up sending the originals out bc I did not have another 3 weeks to wait to reorder from another company.

I am so happy!! Everything turned out amazing. Super easy website and extremely fast shipping time. The invitations are gorgeous.

Invites and envelopes were great but once you start ordering other things… not worth the money, I’m embarrassed for what I paid for this table top sign. Should’ve taken my ruler out on this one and looked closer at how they actually want you to display it.

Created our save the dates from Truly Engaging and they were amazing! We went with a magnet and the quality was great. It was also super helpful to be able to get free samples first! Very pleased with this website and will be using again.

From designing our “Unplugged Ceremony” sign, delivery and overall quality, we were extremely impressed with Truly Engaged! It was thinner than expected, not much thicker than card stock. It was shipped in a double layer of cardboard with special instructions to not bend. It arrived with no flaws & was perfect for our big day! Double sided tape to secure sign was provided and directions included for securing sign.
I wish I could attach a photo of how perfect it tied into our venue, but you’ll just have to take my word for it!

I am appalled by this company's customer service. They pride themselves in productions quickness and 24/7 but their customer service is not so if you place an accidental order on the weekend no one is available to assist nor do they apparently monitor or take into consideration emails sent to them within timing of order placed to get help. Also called first thing in the morning to get assistance since I understood they were closed on weekends but to receive such unhelpfulness and told it was already printed even though I chose for it to be reviewed clearly is a sign of unclear deceiving wording on their website. Be extremely cautious when ordering clearly cheap discounted prices mean cheap unfair customer service. Managers name that was unwilling to assist me other than to still pay a additional discounted price for another order was Mercedes W was unwilling to give a full last name. I would not recommend this company hopefully the owners/operations managers of this company can improve their customer service

I LOVED my wedding invitations! I loved being able to personalize my information with the template I selected. SO many options to chose from- layouts, fonts, colors, and easily able to edit. The invitations mailed quickly and they provided extra invitations and different stationary examples for future orders. I received lots of compliments on my invitations. Totally recommend :)

I am not sure what happened when Magnetstreet changed to TrulyEngaging, but the designers have become rude and condescending. I can accept there is something wrong with the artwork I sent but an email saying the artwork was unusable and no description of the problem is not helpful. Neither is the PDF with images and no instructions. We are also now being up-charged ($25) for design requests that were free before and then when they did design them, it was full of errors and poor graphic design technicalities (words overlapping images, misspellings, wrong names, etc.). I hope things improve or I'll need to look elsewhere.

I love the quality of their products and the selection of designs. We have not had the wedding yet but I am so excited to see how our signs look on that big day!

I was so excited to try their products. Unfortunately, after hours of trying to align my text and trying to get the website to work I had to give up. I used the help and had two other people trying to navigate. The website was cumbersome to use and not worth my time. Very disappointed.

We placed an order after getting consultations with the live chat promising that we would be able to receive our wedding signs and seating chart if we paid a Fedex overnight shipping for $40. However, we only received the items one week after (the morning of the wedding day). It was an extremely stressful day but I guess they still made it for my wedding which I am still thankful for.
Appreciate the help of the customer representative though, they did what they could to assist on the matter. Thanks!

Truly Engaging was an upmost pleasure to work with! I had save the dates made and after all the ups and downs they took very good care of us! I highly recommend and I will be purchasing my invitations from them.
