Very pleased with our wedding invitations: simple but elegant was just what I was looking for. The final proofs were emailed to me and available for downloads. The invitations arrived earlier than forecasted. The only thing I would change for future purposes is to line the envelopes since mine looked and felt too thin. However, the invitation and RSVP cards are sturdy.

We are working with a representative named Alisiah Vold. She is absolutely wonderful to work with. We are waiting for our beautiful samples for the invitation suite that our daughter chose for her wedding. We love that we can get samples and that there is a live person to talk to, whereas other invitation sites only have help on line. We did need help guiding us through the pocket invitations.
We can’t wait to receive the samples, but it is a process. Be sure to request the correct ink color or sample will be done in black. I had to redo, but this was most helpful before the final order. They have matching save the dates and do addressing- not all on lines do addressing. This is a double plus! So far- a pleasure.

I loved that you can view and approve your designs before they're printed and sent off. That definitely relieves some stress about how they'll come out! I got my invites and thank you cards from here and I loved them!

I have ordered from this company in the past and have had great success, but while ordering my sisters baby shower invitations, we ran into so many problems. It’s hard to count them all.

We received invitations with the completely wrong information on them, including the address, and the registry items. I had screenshots of the proofs that we had approved and they were different, yet in spite of this they did not refund me and told me they could give me a 50% off if I put in the correct order.

After more than a dozen back-and-forth emails with me making the corrections, they said I needed to make even though my project was never even saved inside my cart, or in my account (proving there was a system error) I paid another $40 on top of the $75 that I initially paid, only for them to send me the incorrect proof again! It truly feels unbelievable at this point and there is still no resolution. I have requested someone to call me and to speak with upper management, but neither of these things have happened. Poor poor experience.

Print issues arose, customer service was lacking with options to remedy issues, instead dismissing reported issues as within their “margin of error” despite the 100% guarantee shown on the website. The rep stated if they were to reprint and design was off again due to the same error, they would not try again nor refund. In the end, I chose to reprint with another company who could actually guarantee all work with no limitations around print issues or customer satisfaction.

I would like to start off by saying that I absolutely love the selection of designs that Truly Engaging has to offer. The arch save the date that I went with was everything I was looking for! However, I decided to consult the design team to help make some adjustments on my save the date card; after reiterating three different times exactly how I wanted the card to look, my requests were still not granted. I finally just went with what was being sent to me, even though my background had been moved down, etc., etc. Somehow I missed that my representative had mistyped my wedding website on my final proof even after I had corrected it three times. Now, I am sending out 225 save the dates that have a mistyped wedding website, and I'm just hoping for the best. All that aside, I really do love the design. My advice is to pick a card you like and not make any adjustments besides what you can do yourself!

I went through, truly engaging for my save the dates and wedding invites. They were truly engaging to work with! I had several changes that needed to be made on my invites, and they did exactly what needed to be done to make them what I was looking for, not only that, but their prices are so affordable!. I would recommend anyone who needs invites of any kind, to go through this company. From a very satisfied customer.

My experience with Truly Engaging was so positive because how user-friendly their site is for ordering. I designed my own wedding invitations in Canva but uploaded and ordered through Truly Engaging. The custom design process was quick and simple to edit. Before I submitted my order, I was a little nervous because the design was slightly blurry/pixelated but they printed clearly. I had them printed on double thick paper and I am very happy with the finished product.

The paper is such great quality. The premium smooth is thick and sturdy. I'd compare the paper quality to Minted. I uploaded my own design for three pieces of my wedding invitations, and the process was so easy! Great customer service too.

The save the dates came out SO WELL! I loved that we could get a sample box as well as personalized samples to truly make the decision easy! My fiancé and I looked at so many sites but being able to have the sample with our names was a big help! The shipping was phenomenal and got here early!

I used Truly Engaging for my wedding prints because one of my bridesmaids, a former bride herself, said they were the best option that didn’t overcharge you. That was more than correct! I loved all the options and the ability to see samples in person. I was especially fond of being able to alter the designs to fit what I wanted. My save the dates have already been received, and everyone is telling me how cute they are and how much they love them. Highly recommend!

I love this website! I got to explore different invitations that fit the theme for my wedding. I got so many compliments on my invitations on how beautiful they look. They were also affordable with the discount! I highly recommend this for future brides and grooms!

I purchased the all-in-one wedding invitations, so it had the RSVP card attached to it and the recipient tears it off and mails it back - the invitations were beautiful and the paper quality was very nice, but the bottom where it tears off for the RSVP card was kinda flimsy. I was worried it was going to break off in route I'm the mail. So far, that hasn't happened yet! But we're still waiting for about 100 more people to reply. I would for sure recommend this company to others, but maybe steer away from the all-in-one invitations just for peace of mind.

We ordered both our Save the Dates and our wedding invites from Truly Engaging. Both were so easy to personalized and we have gotten so many compliments on both! Also, I forgot to put our RSVP date on our invites and they offered to reprint them for a reduced cost. I ended up keeping them as is and I love them! The prices were fantastic, too!

My invitations and save the dates look absolutely amazing. I am so happy with my purchase!!! With so many things do and get planned for our big day, this by far was the easiest.

I love all of the options the site has for invitations. I love the option of not only ordering samples but also customizing them. I place an order for wedding invitations and they are everything I had expected. I have already passed along the website to two other brides I know! I will continue to order from this site int he future!
