just had our garden transformed today from your amazing team, from start to finish has been excellent and we are so happy with our grass , highly recommend and couldn’t be more happier with the work!

We originally had a quote from these guys 2 years ago so we were impressed they the price hadn’t increased since! We were lucky that Trulawn had a few days to fill due to finishing a big job early so they managed to fit us in the next week. The weather was super hot but the guys had it all in hand.
The result has been far better than we thought was possible and our kids are now in heaven playing football on the grass every single day. It totally transformed our garden and the whole experience was seamless.

They made a tough job look easy, great care & attention to detail with everything I wanted. Ideas developed as the project got underway, not a problem at all for them. My need initially was having the grass sorted, then by adding fencing, flagging & creativity, it completed the project. Aside from their expertise in all aspects of their work, their friendly approach to everything made it so worthwhile. I would highly recommend them, put your trust in these guys, you’ll be very well looked after.

Trulawn were a very professional company to deal with. The site surveyor, Charles, was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need (unlike other companies!). The product was the best of many samples I looked at from different suppliers and not as expensive as some. The installation team were hard working, polite and respectful and I would recommend Trulawn to anyone looking for artificial grass

Brian, Harrison and Liam were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure the installation went perfectly and were really professional. The Harmony Plus grass is wonderful and, even with 2 dogs, doesn’t smell. All in all a fantastic experience.

From my initial enquiry through to getting my beautiful new lawn, I couldn’t fault these guys. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and helpful and the installation was quick and painless. They even went above and beyond and did some weeding for me! If you’re considering an artificial lawn then I’d highly recommend these guys. I’m so pleased with the end result - wish I’d done it sooner!

From the quote to the installation date was very fast! Brian, Connor and Harrison were an absolute pleasure to welcome into the garden. They were very professional and engaging. We cannot recommend the guys, their skills and the product highly enough. A total 5* review with no complaints at all.

We booked a consultation visit, the rep cancelled just a couple of hours before (my partner had already left work early to attend). He said he’d call back to rearrange and never did. We called the main line again, they apologised and said that’s not normal behaviour, they also said they’d look into it and call back the same day, they never did, that was almost a week ago. They clearly don’t want our business, and it is concerning how they would behave once they received the job. Probably best to look elsewhere.

The Trulawn team arrived promptly. They were professional, polite and smart. The skip arrived on time too. I spoke to them about what I wanted and they got on and delivered an excellent service. As far as I'm concerned they delivered above and beyond for me getting rid of unwanted bricks which formed a wonky wall. They created a wonderful base for my new artificial lawn- flattening and levelling the ground as much as possible. I am very pleased with the result and look forward to using the lawn.

From the start of the process to completion of the job, Trulawn and it's staff have been amazing! From Mark Rendle, the surveyor, to those in the offices and finally to the installation, we have been immensely impressed! Furthermore, I would like to mention Billy (Team leader) and his team - Joe, Michael and Liam, who undertook our installation. They worked tirelessly until the end of the job, cleaned as they went, kept us informed of the different parts of the installation, to ensure we were happy, and answered any questions we had without a fuss. The 4 installers are an absolute credit not only to themselves, but to Trulawn as a company. Their customer centered service was second to none. Everything from the surveyor's visit, explanation of product and how it would be installed was straightforward, friendly and efficient. Contact with queries and fitting date was straightforward.
