The Holland Code Career Quiz was well-designed, easy to do, and quite helpful.
This quiz was quick and easy. It yielded results that seemed to make a lot of sense. Appreciated the explanation of the 6 career interest areas. The focus on the primary career interest and describing job tasks and core values associated with it was helpful. Finally, the careers to explore section was excellent and provide a path forward.

It was interesting while I did it, not practical for my stage in life.
It was interesting while I did it, confirmed some things for me. However I was unable to save it (???), I did manage to screen shot a few things. Ultimately the ones I seem most suited to are impractical (years of schooling - I am less than a decade from retirement!) or less schooling but 4% demand (and low pay) means no go. Was in a parallel job (in a clerical support position) and I liked it but also burnt out from ‘the system: government funded’ and how poorly it was managed for the people we supported. Regardless, not incredibly helpful for someone my age.

This quiz is a great resource for those who do not have the slightest clue towards what they want to do in the future. It provides general suggestions on what type of person you are, and where you should lean into. However, the job suggestions are limited, and factors like pay are not included in the quiz, which heavily impacts the reliability of the test results.
