Terrible experience. We hired TruGreen because we were experiencing issues with our lawn. After paying TruGreen, our lawn actually looks worse than it did before we hired them. Their visits lasted about five minutes each week, and despite repeatedly telling them there was no improvement, nothing changed. Only one technician seemed to have any real knowledge about lawn care. They frequently pushed additional treatments that were outside the package we paid for—constant upselling with no results. To make matters worse, when our service term ended, there was no follow-up to see if we wanted to continue; they simply switched us to a month-to-month plan. Overall, very poor customer service and we cancelled their service. My husband has been taking care of our lawn and our lawn looks fantastic, now! I would give them a zero star.

Buy a bag of fertilizer and do it yourself. I had to replace my grass after letting TruGreen do my yard for a year. Also did the Mosquito treatment and got bit more after they sprayed.
Just do it yourself. There is absolutely no value here. It's expensive it doesn't work and you get harassed when you try and cancel.
