Poor service - should be renamed Tru Brown!

I have been using True Green for several years and this year the service is really bad. If there was an option to give "0" - i would. They should rebrand as "Tru Brown" - as this is the state of my backyard!
Wrote to customer care and did not even receive a response. Please do not use them.
